[摘要] 目的 驗證邁瑞CL-6000I化學發光分析儀檢測系統的性能。方法 參照國家臨床實驗室標準化委員會(NCCLS)等相關文件對邁瑞CL-6000I化學發光免疫分析儀檢測系統檢測甲狀腺激素:三碘甲狀腺原氨酸(T3)、四碘甲狀腺原氨酸(T4)、游離三碘甲狀腺原氨酸(FT3)、游離四碘甲狀腺原氨酸(FT4)、促甲狀腺素(TSH)5個項目的精密度、準確度、線性范圍、生物參考區間進行驗證。結果 檢測的5個項目批內精密度變異系數CV%在1.837%~4.07%,批間精密度變異系數CV%在2.634%~7.49%,準確度比對偏倚范圍為6.289%~9.62%,線性范圍斜率在0.981 2~1.013,r2在0.951 7~0.999 2,均滿足相關文件的要求;參與生物參考區間驗證的樣本檢測結果均在廠家標注的范圍內。結論 邁瑞CL-6000I化學發光分析儀檢測系統精密度、準確度、線性范圍、生物參考區間驗證通過。滿足臨床診斷與預后監測的需要。

[Abstract] Objective To verify the performance of Mindray CL-6000I chemiluminescence analyzer detection system. Methods According to the National Clinical Laboratory Standardization Committee(NCCLS) and other relevant documents, the Mindray CL-6000I chemiluminescence immunoassay detection system was used to detect thyroid hormones: triiodothyronine (T3), tetraiodothyronine (T4), Free triiodothyronine (FT3), free tetraiodothyronine (FT4), and thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) were tested for precision, accuracy, linear range, and biological reference interval. Results The precision variation coefficient CV% of the five items tested was 1.837%-4.07%, the precision variation coefficient CV% between batches was 2.634%-7.49%, the accuracy comparison bias range was 6.289%-9.62%, and the linear range slope was 0.981 2-1.013, r2 of 0.951 7-0.999 2, all met the requirements of relevant documents; the test results of the samples participating in the biological reference interval verification were within the range marked by the manufacturer. Conclusion Mindray CL-6000I chemiluminescence analyzer detection system precision, accuracy, linear range and biological reference interval have been verified, which meets the needs of clinical diagnosis and prognosis monitoring.

在臨床工作中,準確可靠的檢測結果是疾病診斷治療必不可少的依據,也是健康檢查的一部分,是檢驗科工作的核心和基本要求。為了保證檢驗質量,臨床實驗室應在正式投入使用前對檢驗儀器及檢驗方法進行性能驗證。各項指標在生產廠家所標注的范圍或有關文件要求范圍內即為驗證合格,才能應用于臨床工作[1-2]。該實驗室對CL-6000I(中國)化學發光分析儀檢測甲狀腺激素:三碘甲狀腺原氨酸(T3)、四碘甲狀腺原氨酸(T4)、游離三碘甲狀腺原氨酸(FT3)、游離四碘甲狀腺原氨酸(FT4)、促甲狀腺素(TSH)進行了性能驗證。……
