細節管理融入消毒供應室護理管理中的效果

[摘要] 目的 分析討論細節管理融入消毒供應室護理管理中的效果。方法 隨機將2016年5月—2018年11月期間該院消毒供應室中22名醫務人員納入到討論中，此期間將細節管理融入到消毒供應室中，實施前后調查其醫務人員護理質量、滿意度等。結果 實施前風險事件發生率28.57%高于實施后2.86%，實施前合格率76.00%低于實施后98.00%（P<0.05）。實施后醫務人員安全意識、錯誤防范意識、服務意識評分均高于對照組（P<0.05）。實施前護理滿意度54.55%低于實施后86.36%（P<0.05）。結論 將細節管理融入到醫院消毒供應室護理管理中，可提升滿意度、護理質量。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze and discuss the effect of detail management in nursing management of disinfection supply room. Methods Randomly included 22 medical staff in the disinfection supply room of the hospital from May 2016 to November 2018. During this period， detailed management was integrated into the disinfection supply room， and the quality and satisfaction degrees and so on of their medical staff were investigated before and after implementation. Results The incidence of risk events before implementation was 28.57% higher than 2.86% after implementation， and the pass rate before implementation was 76.00% lower than 98.00% after implementation（P<0.05）. The scores of safety awareness， error prevention awareness and service awareness of medical staff were higher than those of the control group after implementation（P<0.05）. The satisfaction degree before implementation was 54.55%， which was lower than 86.36% after implementation（P<0.05）. Conclusion Integrating detail management into nursing management of hospital disinfection supply room can improve satisfaction and quality of care.

醫院消毒供應室負責對院內重復使用的診療器械、器具和物品，進行回收、分類、清洗消毒、包裝、滅菌、發放等工作，消毒供應室護理管理質量對醫院感染率有直接性影響[1]。此外，醫院消毒供應室聚集了各種病原微生物，若護理管理不到位，會加大醫院感染、醫療糾紛等發生率。因此，加強消毒供應室護理質量管理，對降低院內感染，提升護理質量等相當重要。已有研究指出[2-3]，細節管理融入到消毒供應室中，可提升護理質量。2016年5月—2018年11月期間納入22名消毒供應室醫務人員對此進行探討。現報道如下。

1 ?資料與方法

1.1 ?一般資料

將該院消毒供應室中22名醫務人員納入。入選標準：①各工作人員均具備相應消毒知識和醫院感染知識;②工作時間≥3年;③各工作人員均具備獨立工作能力和配合力。排除標準：①中途脫落研究者;②工作時間<3年;③中途請假、培訓者。22名醫務人員均為女性，年齡23～49歲，平均為（32.1±1.1）歲。均自愿接受此次護理管理方式。

1.2 ?方法

（1）成立質控檢查小組：由高年資護士、護士長等組成質控檢查組，定期檢查監督各護理環節，評估護理質量。發現問題及時解決，并把責任具體化，加強檢查，以免再次發生同樣問題。……
