康復針灸科管理中應用五常法的效果觀察

[摘要] 目的 觀察康復針灸科管理中應用五常法的效果。方法 從2016年1月—2018年5月該院康復針灸科收治的患者中選取98例進行研究，按照就醫(yī)時間將其分為觀察組和對照組，對照組采用常規(guī)康復管理模式，觀察組運用五常法進行健康管理。對兩組患者分別進行護理后的護理滿意度進行調查并對比。結果 觀察組患者對于護理工作效率、醫(yī)療環(huán)境及護理的滿意度都比對照組高，差異有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。結論 康復針灸科管理中應用五常法具有顯著的應用效果。

[Abstract] Objective To observe the effect of applying the five regular methods in the management of rehabilitation acupuncture. Methods A total of 98 patients from January 2016 to May 2018 in the rehabilitation acupuncture department of the hospital were selected for research. They were divided into observation group and control group according to the time of medical treatment. Use the five regular methods for health management. Survey and compare the nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients after nursing. Results Patients in the observation group had higher nursing work efficiency， medical environment and nursing satisfaction than the control group， and the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion The application of Five Regular method in rehabilitation acupuncture management has significant application effect.

康復針灸科疾病的類型多樣，包括風濕關節(jié)炎、腰椎間盤突出等，治療及護理方式也多樣，該科室所采用的藥物以種類多、數(shù)量大為顯著特征，因此在管理上存在一定難度，護理工作量較大且容易出現(xiàn)失誤[1]。同時，該科室的護理人員中醫(yī)的理論知識儲備明顯不足，因此護理技能不純熟。除此之外，由于患者及其家屬文化程度存在差異，極易導致護患關系不穩(wěn)定，患者對護理的滿意度低等現(xiàn)象。為進一步加強康復針灸科的管理，提高護理效率和質量，提升患者滿意度，該院實行五常法進行管理，取得了不錯的效果。現(xiàn)分析2016年1月—2018年5月間該院康復針灸科收治的98例患者的臨床資料，報道如下。

1 ?資料與方法

1.1 ?一般資料

從來該院康復針灸科進行治療的患者中選取98例作為研究對象，以2017年為分界線，將之前的患者分到對照組，之后的患者納入觀察組，每組均選取49例進行研究。……
