應用6S管理模式提高臨床護理管理質量的有效性分析

[摘要] 目的 探討分析應用6S管理模式提高臨床護理管理質量的有效性。方法 選擇2017年8月—2018年12月收治入院的相關患者62例，隨機數字表分為對照組（n=31）和觀察組（n=31）。對照組給予常規護理管理模式，觀察組在常規護理管理的同時應用6S管理模式（整理SEIRI、整頓SEITON、清掃SEISO、素養SHITSUKE、安全SECURITY），比較兩組護理管理質量情況和兩組患者對護理人員的綜合素養的評價。結果 觀察組患者對基礎護理、病房管理、醫院感染、護理安全、治療室安全的評分情況均高于對照組，差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）。觀察組患者對護士儀表、健康教育、服務態度、護士技能水平的評分均明顯高于對照組，差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）。結論 將6S管理模式用于提高臨床護理中，能提高臨床護理管理質量，提高護理人員的綜合素養。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effectiveness of applying 6S management mode to improve the quality of clinical nursing management. Methods A total of 62 related patients admitted from August 2017 to December 2018 were selected as subjects. The random number table was divided into the control group（n=31） and the observation group（n=31）. The control group was given the routine nursing management mode， and the observation group applied the 6S management mode （sorting SEIRI， rectifying SEITON， cleaning SEISO， literacy SHITSUKE， and security SECURITY） while comparing the routine nursing management， and comparing the quality of the two groups of nursing management with the nursing staff comprehensive literacy. Results Patients in the observation group scored higher on basic care， ward management， hospital infection， nursing safety， and treatment room safety than the control group， and the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. Patients in the observation group had significantly higher scores on nurse instrumentation， health education， service attitude， and nurse skill level than the control group， and the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion The application of 6S management mode in improving clinical nursing can improve the quality of clinical nursing management and improve the comprehensive literacy of nursing staff.

“6S管理”的主要是指在提高效率、保障質量、使工作環境整潔有序、提高素養、保證安全這6個環節所實施的管理實踐，“6S”之間彼此關聯[1]。實施6S管理模式的主要目的是營造一個干凈、整潔、安全的工作場所和空間環境，強化基礎管理。近幾年，6S管理模式在臨床護理方面應用廣泛，為提高護理管理質量提供了有效的保障，但對此的研究較少[2]。因此，該文采用隨機對照方法進行研究，探討分析應用6S管理模式提高臨床護理管理質量的有效性，現分析2017年8月—2018年12月間該院收治的62例患者的臨床資料，報道如下。

1 ?資料與方法

1.1 ?一般資料

選擇該院收治入院的相關患者62例作為對象，隨機數字表分為對照組和觀察組。對照組31例，男16例，女15例;年齡30～73歲，平均（55.82±5.09）歲;體質量指數20～23 kg/m2，平均（22.12±0.72）kg/m2。觀察組31例;男18例，女13例，年齡31～65歲，平均（53.11±4.01）歲;體質量指數20～23 kg/m2，平均（22.12±0.54）kg/m2?！?br>
