[摘要] 目的 分析護士分層級管理理念在護理管理質量中的應用效果。方法 于2018年1月—2019年1月期間在該院抽取106名護士作為此次研究對象,按照管理方案的不同劃分為參照組(常規護理管理)、研究組(分層級管理),各組53名,統計所有護士實施管理后的護理質量評分以及護士對護理工作總滿意度情況。結果 研究組基礎護理、專科護理、護理技能、服務態度、健康教育、護理文件有關護理質量指標評分及護理質量合格率均優于參照組,差異有統計學意義(P<0.05);研究組護理差錯率及護理糾紛發生率均為3.77%(2/53),顯著低于參照組護理差錯率及護理糾紛發生率的13.21%(7/53)、16.98%(9/53),差異有統計學意義(P<0.05);研究組滿意度為96.23%(51/53),明顯高于參照組滿意度的79.25%(42/53),差異有統計學意義(P<0.05)。結論 實施護士分層級管理模式應用在護理管理中的效果佳,可有效提高整體護理質量及護理滿意度,可作為一種理想的護理管理辦法。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the application effect of nurses' hierarchical management concept in the quality of nursing management. Methods A total of 106 nurses were selected from our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019. As a research object, this study was divided into a reference group (routine care management) and a study group (hierarchical management) based on the different nurse management programs, with 53 cases in each group, statistics on the nursing quality scores and overall satisfaction of the nurses after the management of all nurses. Results The basic nursing, specialized nursing, nursing skills, service attitude, health education, nursing file related nursing quality index scores and nursing quality qualification rate of the study group were better than the reference group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); nursing errors rate in the study group and the incidence of nursing disputes were 3.77%(2/53), which were significantly lower than the nursing error rate and nursing dispute incidence of 13.21%(7/53) and 16.98%(9/53) in the reference group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); the study group satisfation degree was 96.23%(51/53), which was significantly higher than the satisfaction rate of the reference group 79.25%(42/53), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of the nurse-level management model in nursing management has a good effect, can effectively improve the overall nursing quality and nursing satisfaction, and can be used as an ideal nursing management method.

護理質量的好壞不僅能夠直接反映出護理人員的專業知識、服務態度及業務能力等方面的水平,同時還會直接影響患者的身心健康。為此,為有效提高護士自身的綜合能力,勝任各自負責的崗位工作,盡可能滿足患者所有需求,提供出更為優質、全力及整體的護理服務水平[1]。該文對該院2018年1月—2019年1月間抽查的106名護理人員實施分層級管理模式后的應用效果進行深入分析和研究,現報道如下。
1 ?資料與方法
1.1 ?一般資料
將該院部分科室護理人員根據管理方式分配成參照組(n=53)及研究組(n=53),其中參照組年齡24~50歲,平均年齡(34.5±3.4)歲,護士學歷本科40名,專科13名;職稱副高以上5名,主管護師8名,其他為初級職稱。其中參照組年齡25~49歲,平均年齡(33.6±3.5)歲,護士學歷本科38名,專科15名;職稱副高以上6名,主管護師9名,其他為初級職稱。各組護理人員的年齡、學歷及職位等資料進行比對,差異無統計學意義(P>0.05)。……p>
