[摘要] 目的 探討評(píng)教評(píng)學(xué)模式在腫瘤外科護(hù)理帶教中的應(yīng)用效果。方法 選擇2017年6月—2019年2月于該院腫瘤外科實(shí)習(xí)的88名護(hù)生作為該次研究對(duì)象,隨機(jī)將護(hù)生分為對(duì)照組與觀察組,兩組分別有護(hù)生44名,對(duì)照組給予傳統(tǒng)帶教方法,觀察組給予評(píng)教評(píng)學(xué)模式帶教,比較兩組護(hù)生的護(hù)理帶教結(jié)果。結(jié)果 觀察組護(hù)生對(duì)帶教老師綜合能力評(píng)價(jià)優(yōu)良率是92.0%,對(duì)照組評(píng)價(jià)優(yōu)良率是76.0%,組間對(duì)比差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2=4.192,P=0.041<0.05)。觀察組帶教老師對(duì)護(hù)生綜合能力評(píng)價(jià)優(yōu)良率是90.9%,對(duì)照組評(píng)價(jià)優(yōu)良率是72.7%,組間對(duì)比差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2=4.889,P=0.027<0.05)。觀察組護(hù)生的理論知識(shí)與實(shí)操技能考核成績(jī)均要顯著比對(duì)照組高,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 評(píng)教評(píng)學(xué)模式在腫瘤外科護(hù)理帶教中具有顯著應(yīng)用價(jià)值,可充分激發(fā)師生的教學(xué)積極性,改善護(hù)理教學(xué)質(zhì)量。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application effect of teaching evaluation mode in nursing teaching of tumor surgery. Methods 88 nursing students who had undergone oncology surgery in the hospital from June 2017 to February 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study. The nursing students were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. There were 44 nursing students in each group. The control group was given traditional teaching methods, the observation group was given teaching evaluation mode, and the results of nursing teaching were compared between the two groups. Results The excellent evaluation rate of the comprehensive ability of the nursing teachers in the observation group was 92.0%, and the excellent evaluation rate of the control group was 76.0%. The comparison between the groups was statistically different (χ2=4.192, P=0.041<0.05). The excellent rate of the evaluation of the comprehensive ability of the nursing students was 90.9% in the observation group and 72.7% in the control group. There was a statistical difference between the groups(χ2=4.889, P=0.027<0.05). The theoretical knowledge and practical skills assessment scores of nursing students in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The mode of teaching and evaluation has significant application value in nursing teaching of tumor surgery, it can fully stimulate the enthusiasm of teachers and students, improve the quality of nursing teaching.

臨床護(hù)理帶教是讓護(hù)理實(shí)習(xí)生從學(xué)生步入護(hù)理工作崗位的橋梁,是護(hù)生理論學(xué)習(xí)的延伸,在臨床教學(xué)期間可以有效實(shí)現(xiàn)理論知識(shí)和臨床實(shí)踐的結(jié)合[1]。護(hù)生知識(shí)與技能掌握程度與臨床護(hù)理教學(xué)質(zhì)量有直接關(guān)系,因臨床護(hù)理帶教老師的教學(xué)理念與教學(xué)水平等差異,以及護(hù)生自身素質(zhì)的不同,使得臨床護(hù)理帶教工作仍有較多不足[2]。怎樣激發(fā)帶教老師與護(hù)生的積極性,讓教學(xué)質(zhì)量達(dá)到最理想效果是當(dāng)前臨床護(hù)理教學(xué)需要重點(diǎn)探討的問(wèn)題[3-4]。該次研究的主要目的是探討評(píng)教評(píng)學(xué)模式在腫瘤外科護(hù)理帶教中的應(yīng)用效果,特于2017年6月—2019年2月選擇該院腫瘤外科88名實(shí)習(xí)護(hù)生展開(kāi)探討,現(xiàn)報(bào)道如下。
