[摘要] 目的 研究以學生為主體的神經(jīng)內(nèi)科住院醫(yī)師規(guī)范化培訓模式及其效果。方法 選擇2018年1月—2019年4月期間在該院神經(jīng)內(nèi)科接受規(guī)培的住院醫(yī)師45名,根據(jù)不同培訓模式劃分組別(對照組22名、研究組23名),給予對照組傳統(tǒng)的床旁教學查房模式,給予研究組以學生為主體的規(guī)范化培訓模式,對比兩組培訓的效果。結果 兩組學員腰穿成績對比差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P>0.05),但研究組學員閱片情況、神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)查體、理論知識考核等成績明顯高于對照組學員(P<0.05);研究組學員對教學的總滿意度明顯高于對照組學員(P<0.05)。結論 以學生為主體的神經(jīng)內(nèi)科住院醫(yī)師規(guī)范化培訓模式,有利于提升規(guī)培的效果,并提升學員對教學的滿意度。

[Abstract] Objective To study the standardized training model of neurology resident physicians with students as the main body and its effect. Methods 45 residents who received regular training in neurology in the hospital from January 2018 to April 2019, were divided into two groups according to different training modes (22 in the control group and 23 in the research group). The bedside teaching rounds mode was given to the study group as a standard training mode with students as the main body, and the effects of the two groups of training were compared. Results There was no statistically significant difference in the results of waist penetration between the two groups of students(P>0.05), but the scores of the students in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The students' total satisfaction with teaching was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The standardized training mode of neurology resident doctors with students as the main body is conducive to improving the effectiveness of training and improving the students' satisfaction with teaching.

就目前的住院醫(yī)師規(guī)范化培訓來看,仍存在許多問題,即住院醫(yī)師基礎知識與操作技能良莠不齊,大部分學員對神經(jīng)斷面、專科知識、神經(jīng)電學的技能等認識和掌握仍不到位等,該院自構建了以學生為主體的住院醫(yī)師規(guī)范化培訓模式以來,取得了很好的培訓效果[1]。該文主要對比研究該院2018年1月—2019年4月間神經(jīng)內(nèi)科開展傳統(tǒng)床旁教學查房模式與以學生為主體的規(guī)范化培訓模式的效果,現(xiàn)報道如下。
1 ?對象與方法
1.1 ?研究對象
選擇在該院神經(jīng)內(nèi)科接受規(guī)培的住院醫(yī)師45名,根據(jù)不同培訓模式劃分組別(對照組22名、研究組23名),給予對照組傳統(tǒng)的床旁教學查房模式,該組男性14名,女性8名;年齡為23~28歲,年齡均值(25.37±1.98)歲;學歷:本科5名、碩士17名。給予研究組以學生為主體的規(guī)范化培訓模式,該組男性15名,女性8名;年齡為22~29歲,年齡均值(25.48±1.99)歲;學歷:本科9名、碩士14名。比較……
