[摘要] 口腔全瓷材料是目前牙齒修復的主要材料,它具有穩定的色澤、良好的生物相容性以及出色的美觀性。全瓷材料的分類目前主要有長石質瓷、玻璃陶瓷和多晶陶瓷。現如今,隨著口腔技術不斷發展與改進,促使眾多研究學者對拋光工具對患者使用效果也引起了高度重視。牙科陶瓷拋光是一種單純的機械性拋光,亦是一種磨削加工工藝中的精密磨削方式。拋光工具對瓷材料表面的磨削清除是通過磨粒直接完成的,結合劑具有固結磨粒、成形以及較強的支撐作用。拋光是指牙冠經過調磨后,利用工具將表面變成光滑表面的過程。全瓷冠在戴牙時通常需要調磨,該文就口腔全瓷修復體不同拋光工具表面處理方法及其研究進展等相關問題做一綜述,希望能夠對選擇合適的拋光方法帶來幫助。

[Abstract] Oral all-ceramic material is the main material for dental restoration at present. It has stable color, good biocompatibility and excellent aesthetics. The classification of all-ceramic materials mainly includes feldspar porcelain, glass ceramics and polycrystalline ceramics. Nowadays, with the continuous development and improvement of oral technology, many researchers have caused great attention to the effect of fluoroscopy tools on patients. Dental ceramic polishing is a pure mechanical polishing, and it is also a precision grinding method in the grinding process. The grinding and removal of the surface of the porcelain material by the polishing tool is directly completed by the abrasive particles. The bonding agent has the function of consolidating the abrasive particles, forming and supporting. Polishing refers to the process of turning the surface of a dental crown into a smooth surface after conditioning. All-ceramic crowns usually need to be adjusted when wearing teeth. This article summarizes the related issues such as the surface treatment methods and research progress of different polishing tools for oral all-ceramic restorations, and hopes to bring meaning to the selection of a suitable polishing method.

近年來隨著修復材料的不斷更新,CAD/CAM技術的快速發展,全瓷修復材料以其優良的美學效果、理想的生物相容性和理化性能而迅速成為越來越被廣泛應用的修復方法[1]。口腔修復體在戴牙前常常要進行適當的調磨修改,調磨后會破壞其出廠時的光潔表面,使表面變得粗糙,從而大大增加口內菌斑附著的幾率,降低修復體本身的修復強度,影響對牙合牙的磨耗等。因此,調磨后的修復體如何快速恢復其表面的光滑度,起到至關重要的作用。……
