一種鼻飼管計(jì)量與固定裝置的研究

[摘要] 目的 對(duì)比分析臨床醫(yī)護(hù)對(duì)于鼻飼管傳統(tǒng)固定方式的滿意度與該研究團(tuán)隊(duì)所創(chuàng)新的鼻飼管計(jì)量與固定裝置的滿意度與實(shí)用性，進(jìn)行分析與總結(jié)，以而制作實(shí)物是否符合現(xiàn)臨床使用的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)提供參考依據(jù)。方法 該研究團(tuán)隊(duì)發(fā)放電子版與紙質(zhì)版自編調(diào)查問卷，調(diào)研對(duì)象為三級(jí)甲等醫(yī)院的臨床醫(yī)務(wù)工作者及患者等社會(huì)人員。結(jié)果 在該次調(diào)研中，絕大多數(shù)調(diào)研對(duì)象對(duì)于該組創(chuàng)新型鼻飼管計(jì)量與固定裝置持認(rèn)可態(tài)度。結(jié)論 傳統(tǒng)的鼻飼管固定方式上需要進(jìn)行改進(jìn)，對(duì)鼻飼管計(jì)量與固定裝置的創(chuàng)新得到了普遍接受。

[Abstract] Objective By comparing and analyzing the satisfaction degree and practicability of the traditional fixation method of nasal feeding tube with the satisfaction degree and practicability of the measurement and fixation device of nasal feeding tube innovated by the research team， this paper analyzes and summarizes the satisfaction degree of the traditional fixation method of nasal feeding tube and the practicability degree of the measurement and fixation device of nasal feeding tube. Methods The research team distributed self-made questionnaires in electronic and paper versions. The survey objects were clinical medical workers and patients in the tertiary hospitals and other social personnel. Results In this survey， the vast majority of the survey respondents agreed with our group's innovative nasal feeding tube measuring and fixing devices. Conclusion In the traditional nasal feeding tube fixation method， which need to be improved. This research group has generally accepted the innovation of the nasal feeding tube measurement and fixing device.

為了解現(xiàn)臨床應(yīng)用鼻飼管固定裝置使用方面的優(yōu)劣評(píng)價(jià)情況及對(duì)該研究小組鼻飼管計(jì)量與固定裝置創(chuàng)新的滿意度和實(shí)用性，對(duì)傳統(tǒng)鼻飼固定裝置進(jìn)一步改進(jìn)。該研究小組發(fā)放電子版自編問卷110份，紙質(zhì)版15份，調(diào)研對(duì)象為三級(jí)甲等醫(yī)院臨床醫(yī)務(wù)工作者以及患者等其他社會(huì)人員。此次調(diào)研發(fā)現(xiàn)了傳統(tǒng)鼻飼管的固定方式存在許多問題，該研究團(tuán)隊(duì)小組對(duì)鼻飼管計(jì)量與固定裝置的創(chuàng)新得到了普遍的接受。

1 ?對(duì)象與方法

1.1 ?研究對(duì)象

1.1.1 研究基地 ?該研究小組隨機(jī)選擇三級(jí)甲等醫(yī)院共6家，分布在北京、鄂爾多斯，甘肅。選擇科室包括消化科，重癥監(jiān)護(hù)室，手術(shù)室等作為研究范圍。

1.1.2 醫(yī)務(wù)工作者 ?調(diào)研的對(duì)象包括護(hù)理部主任、護(hù)士長(zhǎng)、帶教護(hù)士、普通護(hù)士、實(shí)習(xí)護(hù)士、實(shí)習(xí)護(hù)生，責(zé)任醫(yī)生和患者等其他社會(huì)人員，共計(jì)125名。……
