[摘要] 目的 分析該院感染科護士工作中的壓力來源,對調查結果分析,采取適當的應對措施減輕壓力,使其能正確面對工作中產生的壓力,并進行自我調節,從而提高護理的工作質量。方法 通過根據該科室情況改動的護士壓力源量表進行調查。結果 ?擔心工作中出現差錯、工作環境不被親人或朋友支持、醫生對護理工作過分挑剔、擔心被感染性疾病感染、對自身發展要求過高都是工作中壓力的主要來源。結論 有效地應對措施以減輕感染科護士的工作壓力,提高壓力的應對能力,是提高護理質量指標的重要保證。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the sources of stress in the work of infectious disease nurses in our hospital, analyze the survey results, take appropriate measures to reduce the stress, enable it to correctly face the stress generated at work, and self-regulate to improve nursing Quality of work. Methods The nurses' stressor scale was changed according to the situation of the undergraduate department. Results Worries about errors at work, work environment not being supported by relatives or friends, doctors being overly picky about nursing work, worrying about being infected by infectious diseases, and being too demanding on their own development are the main sources of stress at work. Conclusion Effective countermeasures to reduce the work stress of infectious nurses and improve their ability to cope with stress are important guarantees to improve the quality of nursing.

隨著優質護理服務的開展以及人們對醫療要求的不斷提高,護理工作人員不僅要有扎實的臨床實踐能力保證基礎護理工作質量,還需要滿足患者個性化的護理需求,這使護理人員長期處于高壓狀態[1]。而特殊科室的護士更是承受了更大的壓力。該院的感染科是一個特殊的病房,不僅在醫院的角落里還是陳舊的環境及設施。護士在這樣的環境中工作也承受著一定的壓力,這些壓力在日常工作和生活中導致了一系列的心理問題,并日益嚴重,已經影響到了感染科護士的身心健康及工作質量。因此,了解感染科護士工作中的壓力來源,并根據結果采取應對措施,對于提高感染科護士的護理質量具有非常重要的意義。
①壓力的概念:壓力是壓力源和壓力反應共同構成的一種認知和行為體驗。……
