套袋對沃柑果面污斑發生及果實品質的影響

摘要? ? 以沃柑為試材，用乳白色單層紙袋進行套袋處理，研究套袋對沃柑果實表面污斑發生以及果實品質的影響。結果表明，套袋能有效控制沃柑果實表面污斑的發生，提高果實的亮度和光潔度，明顯改善果實外觀品質;同時，套袋處理顯著提高了果實總糖含量和降低了果實的可滴定酸含量，提高了糖酸比，可改善果實風味，增加果實商品價值。

Abstract? ? The occurrence of fruit surface stains and fruit quality of orah were studied by bagging treatment with milky white single-layer paper bag.The results showed that bagging treatment could effectively control the occurence of fruit surface stains of orah，sigificantly improve the brightness and smoothness of the peel，and apparently increase the appearance quality of the fruit.Compared with the control，the bagging treatment noticeably increased the total sugar content of the fruit and decreased the titratable acid content of the fruit，and raised the sugar-acid ratio，improved the flavor and commodity value of the fruit.

沃柑是晚熟型雜柑品種，此品種具有長勢旺盛、掛果能力強、掛果采收期長、果肉嫩滑、皮薄、汁多、口感甜柔、低酸爽口、營養成分很高、含有大量的維生素等特點。重慶永川區吉安鎮于2015年引入沃柑進行栽植，在生產中發現，沃柑的樹體及果實上有大量污斑。調查研究證明，這些污斑是由綠斑病、煤煙病以及少量的褐斑病等造成[1-3]，該污斑嚴重影響果實光合作用、生長趨勢和果實品質等[4-5]。套袋能隔離果實與外界環境的接觸，有效改善果實的品質，提高果實的商品價值[6-8]。本試驗研究套袋對沃柑果實果面污斑及果實品質的影響，以期為沃柑無公害栽培提供參考。

1? ? 材料與方法

1.1? ? 試驗材料

試驗基地在重慶永川區吉安鎮石松村，試驗品種為沃柑，樹齡5年。套袋材料為單層紙袋，規格22 cm×18 cm。

1.2? ? 試驗方法

套袋試驗于2019年9月實施。試驗設2個處理，分別為套袋和不套袋（CK）。隨機選取10株坡向、生長勢、結果量等基本一致的果樹，從上、下、左、右、中不同方位各隨機選取10個幼果進行套袋處理和10個幼果進行不套袋標記?！?br>
