適宜基質栽培的粗網紋甜瓜品種引進與篩選試驗

摘要? ? 為了篩選出適宜北京地區基質栽培的粗網紋甜瓜品種，引進7個粗網紋甜瓜品種開展篩選試驗。結果表明，維蜜和柏格甜瓜的中心可溶性固形物含量分別為14.7%和13.8%、單瓜重分別達到1.72 kg和1.29 kg、果實口感軟糯香甜，都能被消費者接受。在本試驗條件下，維蜜和柏格粗網紋甜瓜適宜于基質栽培生產。

Abstract? ? In order to screen out the varieties of rough netted melon suitable for substrate cultivation in Beijing area，7 varieties of rough netted melon were introduced to carry out variety screening test. The results showed that the content of soluble solids in Vimi and Berger melon was 14.7% and 13.8%，respectively，and the weight of single melon reached 1.72 kg and 1.29 kg，respectively. The fruit is soft and sweet，which is acceptable to consumers. Under the conditions of this experiment，Vimi and Berger rough netted melons are suitable for substrate cultivation.

網紋甜瓜作為甜瓜的一個種類，以其果實表面具有網狀裂紋而得名，網紋美觀、果肉軟糯香甜，深受日本、韓國等國家消費者的歡迎。我國暢銷的魯厚甜1號、梅隆甜瓜都屬于這類甜瓜，但是魯厚甜1號、梅隆都屬于淺網紋類型甜瓜，在品種等級上不如粗網紋類型的甜瓜。

隨著消費升級，近年來在我國嘗試生產粗網紋甜瓜的種植者逐漸增多，但生產技術參差不齊，果實品質得不到保證。因此，為了盡快掌握粗網紋甜瓜栽培技術，為消費者提供優質果品，筆者利用基質栽培具有作物生長快、產量高、病蟲害少及澆灌營養液方便等優勢，開展了基質栽培技術研究。本試驗引進粗網紋甜瓜品種7個，旨在篩選出適宜京郊日光溫室基質栽培且受市場歡迎的品種，為基質栽培生產提供指導。

供試甜瓜為維蜜、比美、伯爵致愛、蜜紅、柏格、舞蹈、ARR1602等7個粗網紋甜瓜品種。
