摘要? ? 為探明適合楸樹硬枝扦插成活的ABT生根粉溶液濃度和浸泡時間,開展ABT生根粉對楸樹硬枝扦插生根率的影響試驗。結果表明,當楸樹插穗在100 mg/L ABT溶液中浸泡2~4 h時,扦插效果最好;在50 mg/L ABT溶液下,不同浸泡時間的插穗均表現出較高的生根率;使用300~500 mg/L ABT生根粉溶液速蘸插穗基部,能夠顯著提高楸樹硬枝扦插生根率。

Abstract? ?In order to find out the concentration and soaking time of ABT root powder which were suitable for hardwood cuttings of Catalpa bungei,an experiment was carried out on effect of ABT root powder on rooting rate of hardwood cuttings of C. bungei. The results showed that the cutting effect was best when cuttings of C. bungei were immersed in 100 mg/L ABT solution for 2-4 h;at 50 mg/L ABT solution,the rooting rate was higher under different soaking time. Using 300-500 mg/L ABT root powder solution to quickly dip into the the cuttings base could significantly improve the rooting rate of the hardwood cuttings of C. bungei.

楸樹(Catalpa bungei C. A. Mey.)為高大落葉喬木,由于生長快、適應性強、壽命長且景觀效果好,近年來楸樹在城鄉植樹造林中大量推廣應用。楸樹自花不孕,花而不實,種子少[1-2],近年來對楸樹無性繁殖的研究受到重視。ABT 1號生根粉是一種高效、廣譜、復合型植物生長調節劑,對植物細胞的增殖、分化、根的發生與伸長具有重要的調節作用,可以促進林木插條生根,能明顯縮短生根時間,提高育苗生根率,促進生長,增強抗性。目前,關于ABT生根粉1號對楸樹硬枝扦插成活率的影響尚未見報道。本試驗通過對楸樹硬枝扦插插穗進行不同濃度ABT 1號生根粉溶液浸泡和速蘸處理,以期研究適合楸樹硬枝扦插的ABT 1號生根粉溶液濃度和處理時間,為楸樹硬枝扦插育苗提供參考。
1? ? 材料與方法
1.1? ? 試驗地概況
插床在溫室內,插床寬度為80 cm、長度為200 cm,較地面高20 cm,插床上方覆蓋地膜,搭建高度為50 cm的小拱棚,扦插期間溫度在18~28 ℃之間,濕度達85%以上。
1.2? ? 試驗材料
ABT 1號生根粉,由北京艾比蒂生物科技有限公司生產,可溶粉劑,總有效成分為50%,1 g/袋,20%萘乙酸,30%吲哚乙酸。……
