摘要? ? 研究了不同根系處理、不同貯藏時間對互葉醉魚草設施貯藏過程中苗木失水率、成活率的影響。結果表明,不同根系保水介質處理下的貯藏苗木失水率隨著貯藏時間的增加呈上升趨勢,成活率隨著貯藏時間的增加呈下降趨勢,在設施低溫1~3 ℃、高濕90%~95%貯藏條件下,可有效降低互葉醉魚草種苗失水率,提高苗木商品性,并延長裸根造林時間30~40 d,苗木成活率可提高20%~30%,冬季貯藏優于春季貯藏。

Abstract? ? In this paper,effects of different root treatments and different storage time on driage and survival rate of Buddleja alternifolia Maxim seedlings during the storage were studied. The results indicated that under different root water holding measures,driage of storage seedlings rose with the increase of storage time,the survival rate declined with the increase of storage time. The condition that 1-3 ℃ temperature and 90%-95% humidity could effectively reduce driage,improve the commodity,and extend bare-root afforestation time 30-40 d. The survival rate of the seedling can increase 20%-30%. The sedling storage in winter was better than that in spring.

我國北方干旱半干旱地區生態建設、城市園林綠化對造林的季節性要求很高,為了滿足不同地區、不同季節對苗木的需求,應在苗木出圃后及時進行貯藏,以保證苗木質量、延長供應期、提高造林成活率。有關苗木貯藏的研究多集中在蘋果、杏等果樹,在林木種苗貯藏研究方面也多在種子貯藏應用方面[1-4],對于林木特別是商品林木的貯藏研究報道較少。白永強等[5]通過控制貯藏設施溫濕度在低溫(0~3 ℃)、高濕(90%~95%)條件下貯藏金葉蕕,可有效降低苗木失水率,延長金葉蕕苗木休眠期。馮彥彪等[6]總結觀賞海棠種苗調運與貯藏技術,苗木根部應覆蓋保溫毯,堆碼苗木后噴施79%多菌靈可濕性粉劑800~1 000倍液加濕 1 次,庫內溫度、濕度應滿足低溫無凍害、濕度較大不失水的要求。
互葉醉魚草(Buddleja alternifolia Maxim),別名紫花醉魚木,為馬錢科醉魚草屬植物,寧夏境內野生資源主要分布在寧夏賀蘭山東麓半荒漠地帶,土壤有機質含量0.1%以下,降雨量僅為180~200 mm,在氣溫-30 ℃時可正常越冬,土壤pH值9.0以下能正常生長,是干旱區生態造林的優良樹種。……
