應用穴位貼敷治療腎虛痰濕型多囊卵巢綜合征的療效觀察

[摘要] 目的 探討穴位貼敷聯合中藥治療腎虛痰濕型多囊卵巢綜合征的臨床療效。 方法 選取2019年1～6月于我院門診就診的60例腎虛痰濕型多囊卵巢綜合征患者，隨機分為三組，觀察組（多囊I號方合穴位貼敷）、對照組1（多囊I號方合達英-35）、對照組2（達英-35）進行3個月經周期的治療，觀察并統計患者的臨床療效、中醫證候積分、血清性激素水平[黃體生成素（LH）、卵泡刺激素（FSH）、睪酮（T）]、抗苗勒氏管激素（AMH）及月經周期改善情況。 結果 經過治療后觀察組總有效率為90.0%，高于對照組1的73.7%和對照組2的55.0%，差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）。經治療后三組性激素水平、AMH均低于治療前，與治療前比較，差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）。觀察組治療后性激素水平、AMH低于對照組1和對照組2，差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）。經治療后，三組月經天數短于治療前，癥候評分低于治療前，與治療前比較，差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）。治療后觀察組月經天數短于對照組1、對照組2，癥候評分低于對照組1、對照組2，差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）。 結論 穴位貼敷聯合補腎化痰中藥治療腎虛痰濕型多囊卵巢綜合征可改善月經周期及女性內分泌水平，促進卵泡發育，提高排卵率，療效顯著且無不良反應。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of acupoint application combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome with kidney deficiency and phlegm dampness type. Methods Sixty polycystic ovary syndrome patients with kidney deficiency and phlegm-dampness type who were treated in our outpatient clinic from January to June 2019 were randomly divided into three groups including the observation group （polycystic recipe I combined with acupoint application）， control group 1（polycystic recipe I Daying-35） and control group 2（Daying-35）. They were treated for three menstrual cycles. The clinical efficacy of patients， TCM syndrome scores， and serum sex hormone levels [Luteinizing hormone（LH）， follicle stimulating hormone（FSH）， testosterone（T）]， anti-Mullerian hormone（AMH） and improvement of menstrual cycle were observed and counted. Results After treatment， the total effective rate in the observation group was 90.0%， which was higher than 73.7% in the control group 1 and 55.0% in the control group 2（P<0.05）. After treatment， the levels of sex hormones and AMH in the three groups were lower than those before treatment， and there was a statistically significant difference（P<0.05）. After treatment， the levels of sex hormones and AMH in the observation group were lower than those in the control group 1 and the control group 2（P<0.05）. After treatment， the menstrual days in the three groups were shorter than those before treatment， and their symptom scores were lower than before treatment， which was statistically significant（P<0.05）. The menstrual days in the observation group after treatment were shorter than those in the control group 1， control group 2， and the symptom scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group 1， control group 2， The difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion Acupoint application combined with Bushen Huatan traditional Chinese medicine for treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome with kidney deficiency and phlegm-dampness type can improve menstrual cycle and female endocrine level， promote follicular development and increase ovulation rate. It is effective and has no adverse effects.
