九曲紅梅茶產業SWOT分析及發展對策

摘要 ? ?九曲紅梅茶是著名的傳統工夫紅茶之一。在紅茶消費熱興起的環境下，如何振興與發展杭州十大名茶中的唯一紅茶——九曲紅梅，成為杭州茶產業面臨的一大課題。本文運用SWOT分析方法，分析與評價九曲紅梅發展的優勢、劣勢、機遇和挑戰，并據此提出新形勢下九曲紅梅發展對策，以期為九曲紅梅茶產業發展提供參考。

Abstract ? ?Jiuqu Hongmei tea is one of the famous traditional Gongfu black teas. In the context of the rising consumption of black tea， how to revitalize and develop Jiuqu Hongmei， the only black tea among the top ten famous teas in Hangzhou， has become a major issue in front of the tea industry in Hangzhou.This article used the SWOT analysis method to analyze and evaluate the advantages， disadvantages， opportunities and challenges of the development of Jiuqu Hongmei， and then put forward the development countermeasures of Jiuqu Hongmei under the new situation， with a view to providing references for the development of Jiuqu Hongmei tea industry.

茶是中華民族舉國之飲，在我國有著悠久的歷史、豐富的內涵和獨特的形式。杭州是茶葉和茶文化的重要發源地，茶歷史悠久，茶文化深厚，茶產業發達，有“中國茶都”之美譽。杭州所產的西湖龍井茶被稱為“綠茶皇后”，以卓越的品質和深厚的文化底蘊享譽世界。而在紅茶復興的今天，杭州十大名茶中的唯一紅茶——九曲紅梅茶卻日漸式微，如何抓住這一歷史機遇，重振九曲紅梅當年之聲威已迫在眉睫。

為進一步推動九曲紅梅茶產業的發展，本文運用SWOT分析方法，分析與評價了九曲紅梅發展的優勢、劣勢、機遇和挑戰，并據此提出了新形勢下九曲紅梅未來發展的對策。

1.1.1 ? ?歷史悠久、底蘊深厚。九曲紅梅茶歷史悠久，至今已有200多年的歷史。早期，九曲紅梅茶曾經有過顯赫的歷史，1915年驚艷美國巴拿馬萬國博覽會，1926年亮相美國費城世界博覽會，1928年參展（上海）工商部中華國貨展覽會，1929年揚名杭州首屆西湖博覽會，在中外博覽盛會上屢獲大獎。……
