摘要 ? ?針對傳統煙農服務模式單一、煙農無法客觀了解自身經營短板等問題,研究依托“互聯網+”技術,構建煙農自畫像服務平臺,通過集聚煙農在合同、生產、收購、質檢等各個過程中的海量數據,對煙農的種植水平、技術能力、合作態度做出綜合判斷,為每個煙農勾勒經營自畫像,提供更豐富完整的個性化服務,讓煙農適時了解自身經營狀況和不足。基于“互聯網+”的煙農自畫像服務平臺的構建與應用不僅極大地降低了煙農服務成本,還能有效提高煙農技術落實的積極性,促進煙農種植水平的提升。

Abstract ? ?In order to solve the problems of single service mode and inability to objectively understand their own short board for tobacco growers in traditional tobacco agriculture, a self-portrait service platform based on "Internet+" technology was constructed. Through gathering mass data of tobacco growers in various processes such as contract, production, ?purchase, quality inspection, etc., a comprehensive judgement on the planting level, technical ability and cooperation attitude of tobacco growers could be maked. The self-portrait service platform could provide more rich and complete personalized services, so that tobacco farmers could timely understand their own business situation and shortcomings. The construction and application of the self-portrait service platform based on "Internet+" for tobacco growers not only greatly reduced the cost of service, but also effectively improved the enthusiasm of technology implementation and promoted the improvement of planting level for tobacco growers.

在商品銷售領域,如果一個產品的期望目標用戶能涵蓋所有人,則通常這樣的產品不會持久。因為每個產品都是為特定目標群的共同標準而服務的,當目標群的基數越大,這個標準就越低。換而言之,如果這個產品適合每個人,那么它是為最低標準服務的,此類產品要么毫無特色,要么過于簡陋。因此,為用戶畫像是圍繞用戶的經營或消費行為[1-2],根據其歷史信息,通過大數據分析,為用戶提煉特點,包括優勢、弱勢、不足等,為用戶下一步行為提供改善建議[3-4]。
隨著“互聯網+”技術的快速發展,物聯網、大數據、云計算等在煙草行業轉型升級中發揮出巨大的潛力和優勢[5-6]。特別是煙草行業“互聯網+”行動計劃的提出,利用上述技術來更準確地洞察市場、分析消費者行為、提供針對性營銷策略、開展精準的客戶服務等成為行業內所共同關注的問題[7]。……
