摘要 ? ?針對傳統(tǒng)煙農(nóng)服務(wù)模式單一、煙農(nóng)無法客觀了解自身經(jīng)營短板等問題,研究依托“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”技術(shù),構(gòu)建煙農(nóng)自畫像服務(wù)平臺,通過集聚煙農(nóng)在合同、生產(chǎn)、收購、質(zhì)檢等各個過程中的海量數(shù)據(jù),對煙農(nóng)的種植水平、技術(shù)能力、合作態(tài)度做出綜合判斷,為每個煙農(nóng)勾勒經(jīng)營自畫像,提供更豐富完整的個性化服務(wù),讓煙農(nóng)適時了解自身經(jīng)營狀況和不足。基于“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”的煙農(nóng)自畫像服務(wù)平臺的構(gòu)建與應(yīng)用不僅極大地降低了煙農(nóng)服務(wù)成本,還能有效提高煙農(nóng)技術(shù)落實的積極性,促進煙農(nóng)種植水平的提升。

Abstract ? ?In order to solve the problems of single service mode and inability to objectively understand their own short board for tobacco growers in traditional tobacco agriculture, a self-portrait service platform based on "Internet+" technology was constructed. Through gathering mass data of tobacco growers in various processes such as contract, production, ?purchase, quality inspection, etc., a comprehensive judgement on the planting level, technical ability and cooperation attitude of tobacco growers could be maked. The self-portrait service platform could provide more rich and complete personalized services, so that tobacco farmers could timely understand their own business situation and shortcomings. The construction and application of the self-portrait service platform based on "Internet+" for tobacco growers not only greatly reduced the cost of service, but also effectively improved the enthusiasm of technology implementation and promoted the improvement of planting level for tobacco growers.

在商品銷售領(lǐng)域,如果一個產(chǎn)品的期望目標用戶能涵蓋所有人,則通常這樣的產(chǎn)品不會持久。因為每個產(chǎn)品都是為特定目標群的共同標準而服務(wù)的,當(dāng)目標群的基數(shù)越大,這個標準就越低。換而言之,如果這個產(chǎn)品適合每個人,那么它是為最低標準服務(wù)的,此類產(chǎn)品要么毫無特色,要么過于簡陋。因此,為用戶畫像是圍繞用戶的經(jīng)營或消費行為[1-2],根據(jù)其歷史信息,通過大數(shù)據(jù)分析,為用戶提煉特點,包括優(yōu)勢、弱勢、不足等,為用戶下一步行為提供改善建議[3-4]。
隨著“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,物聯(lián)網(wǎng)、大數(shù)據(jù)、云計算等在煙草行業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級中發(fā)揮出巨大的潛力和優(yōu)勢[5-6]。特別是煙草行業(yè)“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”行動計劃的提出,利用上述技術(shù)來更準確地洞察市場、分析消費者行為、提供針對性營銷策略、開展精準的客戶服務(wù)等成為行業(yè)內(nèi)所共同關(guān)注的問題[7]。……
