多樣性護理方式在糖尿病合并冠心病患者護理中的應用效果觀察

【摘 要】目的：糖尿病合并冠心病患者護理過程中采用多樣性護理方法，觀察該種護理方法的效果。方法：將我院收治的糖尿病合并冠心病患者作為觀察對象，觀察時間段為2018年3月—2019年3月，根據分析需要將患者分成多樣性護理組和常規護理組，觀察兩組護理效果：結果：多樣性護理組患者滿意度為97.61%，常規護理組患者滿意度為71.42%。（P<0.05），數據有差異。結論：糖尿病合并冠心病患者護理過程中采用多樣性護理方法效果良好，該種護理方法值得在臨床上推薦使用。

【Abstract】 objective： to observe the effect of diversified nursing methods in the nursing process of diabetes patients with coronary heart disease. Methods： our hospital in the diabetic patients with coronary heart disease （CHD） as research object， the observation period for March018 - March019， according to the analysis of the need to divide patients into diversity nursing group and routine nursing group， observe the effect of two groups of care， Results： diversity nursing group of patients satisfaction was7.61%， the routine nursing group patient satisfaction was1.42%. （P<0.05）， the data were different. Conclusion： the application of diversity nursing method in the nursing process of diabetic patients with coronary heart disease has a good effect.

糖尿病是一種常見的慢性病癥，該種病癥會引起患者多種并發癥，威脅患者生命安全。糖尿病合并冠心病中該種病癥和單獨的糖尿病相比較，糖尿病合并冠心病容易導致患者死亡，因此糖尿病合并冠心病病重程度更高。許多患者糖尿病合并冠心病時，會擔心治療效果，導致心情緊張，影響患者治療效果。為提高糖尿合并冠心病的治療效果，在護理時可使用多樣性護理方法，該種護理采用針對性方法對患者護理，能有效提高護理質量。基于此，本組研究糖尿病合并冠心病患者護理過程中采用多樣性護理方法，觀察該種護理方法的效果。

1 一般資料與方法

1.1一般資料

將我院收治的糖尿病合并冠心病患者作為觀察對象，觀察時間段為2018年3月—2019年3月，根據分析需要將患者分成多樣性護理組和常規護理組。多樣性護理組隨機編入患者42例，男22例，女20例，平均年齡56.3±4.1歲，患者病程1到4年。常規護理組隨機編入患者42例，男18例，女24例，平均年齡61.3±3.5歲，患者病程2到6年。……
