微生物檢驗在泌尿系統感染控制中的應用與意義探析

【摘 要】目的：探析微生物檢驗在泌尿系統感染控制中的應用與意義。方法：納入我院門診和住院的泌尿系統感染患者為此次的研究對象，納入例數為89例。將其臨床資料進行回顧性分析，根據治療方案的不同進行分組，對照組（45例）采取經驗性抗菌藥物治療，觀察組（44例）進行清潔中段尿病原菌檢驗和藥敏試驗，根據藥敏結果采取抗菌藥物治療，比較兩組的感染控制率。結果：經過清潔中段尿病原菌檢驗和藥敏試驗后采取抗菌藥物治療的觀察組患者，感染的控制率顯著高于對照組（P<0.05）。結論：微生物檢驗和藥敏試驗結果可以為針對性的抗菌治療提供臨床依據，從而使感染得到有效地控制。

【Abstract】 Objective： Exploring the application and significance of microbiological examination in urinary system infection control. Methods： The patients who were admitted to our hospital with urinary system infection were selected as the observers，9 cases in total. All patients were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods， and the clinical information was analyzed next. The control group （45 cases） received empirical antimicrobial therapy， while the observation group （44 cases） received pathogenic bacteria test and drug sensitivity test in clean midstream urine. Patients of two groups were treated with antimicrobial drugs according to drug sensitivity results， the infection control rates were compared next. Results： The infection control rate of observation group treated with antibacterial drugs was significantly higher than that in the control group after the pathogenic bacteria test and drug sensitivity test of the clean midstream urine（P <0.05）. Conclusion： The results of microbiological examination and drug sensitivity test can provide clinical basis for targeted antibacterial treatment to controlling infection.

1 資料與方法

1.1 一般資料

納入我院近一年來門診和住院的泌尿系統感染患者為此次的研究對象，納入時間為2019年1月-12月，納入例數為89例，納入患者的男女比為1：1，年齡21-79歲，根據治療方案的不同進行分組，接受經驗性抗菌藥物治療的患者設為對照組，接受清潔中段尿病原菌檢驗和藥敏試驗后抗菌藥物治療的患者設為觀察組，對照組共45例，觀察組共44例。納入患者的一般資料不具有顯著的統計學差異（P>0.05）。

1.2? 研究方法

對照組患者給予經驗性抗菌藥物治療，觀察組進行清潔中段尿病原菌檢驗和藥敏試驗，根據藥敏試驗結果給予用藥，主要操作如下：將患者采集的清潔中段尿做細菌培養，然后對病原菌進行藥敏試驗。本院使用vitek compact全自動微生物分析儀，鑒定卡為GN（陰性菌）和GP（陽性菌），以及相應的藥敏卡AST-GN67+AST-XN04（陰性菌）和AST-GP67（陽性菌），并根據2019版的clsi藥敏標準，出具藥敏報告，指導臨床醫師合理使用抗生素。
