2型糖尿病患者應用門冬胰島素與甘精胰島素聯合治療的臨床分析

【摘 要】目的：分析2型糖尿病患者應用門冬胰島素與甘精胰島素聯合治療的效果。方法：選取2017年1月-2018年6月于我院治療的60例2型糖尿病患者為研究對象，平均分為參照組與研究組，參照組應用門冬胰島素治療，研究組應用門冬胰島素與甘精胰島素聯合治療，比較兩組的治療效果與血糖水平。結果：研究組治療有效率高于參照組，血糖水平低于參照組，差異有統計學價值（P<0.05）。結論：門冬胰島素與甘精胰島素聯合治療型糖尿病的效果更佳，可以有效控制患者的血糖水平。

【Abstract】 Objective： To analyze the effect of combined treatment with insulin and insulin glargine in patients with type diabetes. Methods：0 patients with type diabetes treated in our hospital from January017 to June018 were selected as study subjects， divided into reference groups and study groups， the reference group applied the winter insulin therapy， the study group applied the combination of winter insulin and insulin glargine treatment， and compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups with blood glucose levels. Results： The treatment efficiency of the study group was higher than that of the reference group， the blood sugar level was lower than that of the reference group， and the difference was statistically valuable （P.05）. Conclusion： The combination of mens insulin and insulin glargine to treat type diabetes is better， and the blood glucose level of patients can be effectively controlled.

近些年來，隨著人們物質條件的改善與生活方式的改變，我國糖尿病發病率也越來越高。其中，2 型糖尿病作為一種較為常見的糖尿病類型，若不及時有效的控制患者的血糖，就極易誘發各種糖尿病急慢性并發癥：腎臟疾病與心臟疾病、視網膜病變、神經病變及血管病變等，從而嚴重威脅到患者的生命健康。目前，由于單一的降糖藥物無法起到良好的控糖效果，因此我國臨床上主要是采用胰島素聯合降糖藥物來對2型糖尿病患者進行降糖治療?；诖耍擁椦芯恐饕槍?型糖尿病患者應用門冬胰島素注射液與甘精胰島素注射液聯合治療效果，隨機納入了60例2型糖尿病患者開展了相關研究。

1 資料與方法

1.1 一般資料

選取2017年1月-2018年6月于我院治療的60例2型糖尿病患者為研究對象，平均分為參照組與研究組，各30例。參照組男18例，女12例，年齡56～75歲之間，平均年齡（65.5±9.5）歲;研究組男20例，女10例，年齡55～74歲之間，平均年齡為（64.5±9.5）歲。……
