逆天看青島郵輪碼頭設計

考慮到青島的冬季盛行西北風向,且場地南側港灣的景觀條件更為優越,設計中在南向大跨鋼結構下進行了逐層退臺,形成主要的室外公共平臺;北立面則在三層設計有少量的室外觀海平臺,并且局部實現南北室外空間的相互貫通。這些平臺猶如船身的甲板,為人們提供了休憩活動的場所。

三百米長的平臺,通過南北方向上的寬度變化,加上起伏的平臺高度,被劃分成若干個不同的空間節點。每個空間節點都因不同的特色而具有辨識度,以免單一乏味。特別是展覽空間外的平臺節點,它結合了發布會和室外展覽的功能,變成多元的活力空間,是這個室外公共平臺序列的最高潮。

整個屋面由建筑造型劃分出“虛”“實”兩種界面。實界面的部分采用的是直立鎖邊金屬屋面,構造從上至下依次為金屬板層、防水層、隔音層、保溫層、隔氣層、吊頂層。虛界面在南側的大跨空間統一為鏤空屋架,創造明亮的室外平臺空間。在北側一跨,虛界面為了減少太陽直射光而增加了另一個虛實層次:條形實體間隔組成的虛界面。這種條形實體間隔的手法,同樣運用在室內采光頂,由條形實體間的玻璃頂作為主要采光面。室內采光頂與坡屋頂造型結合后也為室內創造出波浪形的光影效果。

Against the Sky On the Design of Qingdao Cruise Terminal

Given the northwest wind prevailing in winter of Qingdao and the superior landscape conditions of the harbor in the south of the cruise terminal, it was set back to form balcony under the south-facing largespan steel structure, forming the main outdoor public platform. While the north part is at the rare exterior three-story sea platforms that partially interconnects outdoor spaces between north and south. These platforms are like decks on the hull, providing places for people to relax.

The 300-meter-long platform was divided into several space joints through the change of width on the north and south and the fluctuant height of the platform. Each spatial joint can be recognized by virtue of its distinct characteristics, so as to avoid tediousness. In particular, the platform joint outside the exhibition space, which combines the functions of the press conference room and outdoor exhibitions, becoming a diverse and dynamic space, which is the most outstanding part of these outdoor public platforms.

The roof was divided into the "virtual" and "real" interfaces according to architectural modeling. The virtual part adopted the standing-seam metal roof, and there is the metal layer, waterproof course, soundproof course, heat insulation layer, vapor-proof course and ceiling course from top to bottom. The large-span space on the south of the virtual interface was unified into a hollow roof truss, creating a bright outdoor platform. Across the north, another "virtual" and "real" interfaces composed of strip-shaped entities was added in order to reduce direct sunlight. That method was also used in the indoor lighting roof, with the glass roof between the strip entities serving as the main lighting surface. The combination of the indoor lighting and the sloped roof also creates a wavy light and shadow effect for the interior.

采光頂的條形實體采用與直立鎖邊板顏色接近的金屬鋁板材料。面板自重及外荷載通過面板依次傳至副框、梯形鋼龍骨支撐結構,然后通過耳板支座傳至主體鋼結構上。采光頂的梯形鋼龍骨支撐結構長度依次遞減,選用的Q235B 級方鋼通截面也依次減小。考慮到梯形鋼龍骨支撐結構的大小和安裝位置與理論設計尺寸可能相差較多,并且采用的材料在溫度變化的情況下會產生較大溫度應力,幕墻設計對面板與龍骨之間的連接、龍骨與主體鋼結構的連接均采用了具有三維調節功能的節點構造設計,確保應力釋放和施工安裝的方便可靠。值得一提的是:在梯形鋼龍骨支撐結構最上端耳板開圓孔,下端耳板開水平長圓孔,自重和部分平面外的作用通過上端螺栓、節點板傳至主體鋼結構,下部的連接螺栓和節點板只傳遞平面外作用力,保證了梯形鋼龍骨支撐結構在長度方向可以自由伸縮。

Given the following situations: one is that the real size and installation position of the trapezoidal steel keel may be quite different from the theoretical design size, the other is that the materials used will produce large temperature stress if temperature changes, the connection between the curtain wall and the keel, and that between the keel and main steel adopted the joint construction with three-dimensional adjustment function, ensuring the convenience and reliability of stress relief, construction and installation.Note that the upper end link of the trapezoidal steel keel is a round hole,while the lower link is a horizontal long hole. The dead weight and part of the out-of-plane effect are transmitted to the main steel through the upper end bolt and joint plate, and the lower bolts and joint plates only transmit out-of-plane acting forces, ensuring the flexible length of the trapezoidal steel keel.
