東莞普聯(lián)產(chǎn)業(yè)園的設(shè)計是CCDI 第一次以“可持續(xù)工業(yè)園”理念的建筑實(shí)踐，以自用型產(chǎn)業(yè)園人與生產(chǎn)工藝的需求為出發(fā)點(diǎn)，試圖為科研人員創(chuàng)造出一個高效舒適的新型生產(chǎn)和研發(fā)花園式環(huán)境。

首先在規(guī)劃布局上，產(chǎn)業(yè)園采用縱橫布置并連為方環(huán)的形式，三環(huán)一組圍合成宜人的院落空間，并在中間植入十字形的步行軸線，在外側(cè)布置車行環(huán)道。30米進(jìn)深的巨大環(huán)形體量，彼此錯動咬合，使得生產(chǎn)工藝的連續(xù)流線達(dá)到最長，便于業(yè)主根據(jù)工藝要求靈活調(diào)整生產(chǎn)線的布置。人行于環(huán)內(nèi)、車行于環(huán)外，場地的角部設(shè)置卸貨場地；通過不斷復(fù)制這種組合方式可以實(shí)現(xiàn)整個工業(yè)園規(guī)劃結(jié)構(gòu)的有機(jī)生長并有效的改善自然通風(fēng)，減少過渡季節(jié)的能耗。尺度巨大的建筑環(huán)，與湖面呼應(yīng)，令人過目難忘。

宿舍區(qū)位于廠區(qū)北側(cè)，幽靜安逸。作為年輕員工平時休閑生活的場所，我們在設(shè)計上采用了變化豐富的天際線，向著中心廣場形成退臺，消減了高容積率帶來的場地壓抑感，疊退錯落的活動平臺，輕盈通透的體量造型。既塑造了個性多變的宿舍形象，又形成了豐富多樣的活動空間。在樓層之間植入連接上下層的外掛樓梯和活動中心與平臺，員工可以在這里交流漫步、文娛體育、休閑放松 ；整個宿舍區(qū)規(guī)劃采用宿舍全朝南的單廊式設(shè)計，采光通風(fēng)條件極好，推開宿舍門走到外廊上就可以一覽月塘湖的美麗風(fēng)景，聯(lián)系上下層的景觀樓梯和宿舍間設(shè)置的員工活動中心，為園區(qū)工作人員提供了豐富的公共活動空間。

廠房入口處巨大的架空通道貫穿了整個廠房，可以到達(dá)各個車間，新員工入職的時候都會在這里集合，再被帶到各自的生產(chǎn)車間，下班時大家也從自己的車間走到這里再出廠區(qū)，刮風(fēng)下雨的天氣這里也能進(jìn)行各種活動，整齊干凈的井格梁形成了良好的韻律感和節(jié)奏感，應(yīng)該是可以給人留下深刻印象的地方。

The design of Dongguan TPLINK Industrial Park is CCDI ’s new attempt based on the concept of “sustainable industrial park”. Focusing on the needs of personnel and production processes in self-use industrial parks, it attempts to provide researchers with a newfashioned garden-like environment that is efficient and comfortable for production and scientific research.

First of all, in terms of planning layout, the industrial park adopts both longitudinal wall and transverse wall that are connected as a square ring, among which three rings enclose a pleasant courtyard space with a cross-shaped pedestrian axis in the middle and a rotary carriageway on the outside. These 30-meter-deep and ring-shape architectures, interlocking with each other, brings the longest circulation of the production process, which is convenient for the owner to flexibly adjust the layout of the production line according to the technological requirements. The layout goes like pedestrians walking inside the ring, vehicles running outside the ring, and unloading sites located at the corners of the site. Through replicating foregoing arrangement, the entire industrial park can achieve organic structural forms and improve its natural ventilation as well as reduce energy consumption during transition seasons. The large-scale architectural ring echoes the lake, leaving people with a deep impression.

The dormitory area is located on the north of the factory that is quiet and comfortable. Given it is a leisure site for young employees, we have adopted varied skylines in design, forming a retreat towards the central square, reducing the sense of depression caused by the high floor area ratio. The well-arrange architecture with lightness and transparency not only shapes the individualized and flexible image of dormitory, but also forms a diverse activity space. The external staircase and activity center connecting the upper and lower floors are implanted between the floors in which employees can relax themselves by talking with each other, strolling, doing sports and recreational activities. The entire dormitory area adopts a single-porch design facing the south, with excellent lighting and ventilation. Employee living here can have a good view of Yuetang Lake as they open the door and walk to the corridor. The stairs that connect the upper and lower floors and activity center between dormitories provide a wonderful public activity space for the employees here.

The huge overhead passage at the entrance of the plant runs through the whole plant and can reach various workshops. For new comer, they will gather there and be taken to their respective production workshops. When they are off duty, everyone will pass by here. No matter it is windy or rainy, various activities can be held here. The neat and clean grid beams form a good sense of rhythm, which makes it impressive.
