摘? 要 在新工科面臨的新經(jīng)濟(jì)時代,創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育成為當(dāng)前高等教育研究的熱點(diǎn),地方新建本科高校向應(yīng)用型大學(xué)的轉(zhuǎn)型成為高等教育發(fā)展的新趨勢。分析當(dāng)前地方新建本科高校在創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育中存在的普遍問題,結(jié)合平頂山學(xué)院在應(yīng)用型大學(xué)建設(shè)中的辦學(xué)理念、創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育實(shí)施、師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)等方面進(jìn)行的一系列改革,可為地方高校創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育發(fā)展和工程類專業(yè)創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)培養(yǎng)的具體實(shí)施提供參考。

Abstract New Engineering faces the new economic era, innovation and entrepreneurship education have become the hotspot of current higher education research. Based on the new trend in development of?higher education development from newly-built local undergraduate universities into application-oriented universities, this research ana-lyzes the general problems existing in innovation and entrepreneur-ship education in newly-built local undergraduate universities. According to school philosophy, innovation and entrepreneurship education measures, and the construction of teachers in the construc-tion of application-oriented university of Pingdingshan University, this paper can provide reference for development of innovation and?entrepreneurship education and training of Innovation and Entrepre-neurship for engineering majors in local undergraduate universities.Key words innovation and entrepreneurship; local undergraduate university; new engineering; higher education; electrical engineering and automation; intelligent electrical professional group
1 引言
當(dāng)前創(chuàng)新已成為綜合國力競爭的新賽項(xiàng)。新產(chǎn)業(yè)、新經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展迫切需要新型工科人才支撐,并要求工程科技人才具備更高的創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)能力。國務(wù)院辦公廳先后于2015年和2018年下發(fā)《關(guān)于深化高等學(xué)校創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育改革的實(shí)施意見》和《關(guān)于推動創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展 打造“雙創(chuàng)”升級版的意見》,提出實(shí)施創(chuàng)新引領(lǐng)創(chuàng)業(yè)、創(chuàng)業(yè)帶動就業(yè),以推進(jìn)素質(zhì)教育為主題,以提高人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量為核心的創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育,并將創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)作為一項(xiàng)常規(guī)工作來抓。從文件要求來看,都把學(xué)生實(shí)踐活動、創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育從一種具體教育形式上升到國家對于高等教育改革發(fā)展的迫切期待,表明了國家急切改變高等教育階段學(xué)生創(chuàng)新精神、創(chuàng)業(yè)意識和創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)能力薄弱現(xiàn)狀的強(qiáng)烈愿望[1]。
地方高校更多地肩負(fù)起社會服務(wù)的責(zé)任,為推動區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)與社會發(fā)展培養(yǎng)大量同時具備扎實(shí)理論基礎(chǔ)和實(shí)踐能力的應(yīng)用型人才[2]。……
