摘? 要 首先,對在校留學生與全校學生的學習成績進行比較分析,發現留學生平均成績比全校平均成績低7.86分,其中學科共同課和專業基礎課的成績最低,實習實踐類課程成績最高。其次,通過設置調查問卷對影響留學生人才培養質量的10個因素進行調查分析,發現留學生成績與其學習與生活的適應性、漢語水平、是否提前預習、能否跟上教學進度、教學服務、課程設置及教師教學方法均顯著相關;各因素對留學生成績的影響存在一定的差異,漢語水平和是否進行預習兩個因素對不同等級學生均存在顯著性差異。最后,根據研究的結論提出針對性的建議,以提高留學生的人才培養質量。

Abstract This study first conducted a comparative analysis of the academic performance of the international students in the school and?the whole school, and found that the average score of the internatio-nal students was 7.86 points lower than the average score of the wholeschool. Secondly, by investigating and analyzing 10 factors that affectthe quality of talent training for international students through the establishment of a questionnaire, it was found that the performance of international students and their learning and living adaptability, Chinese proficiency, whether to prepare in advance, whether to keep?up with teaching progress, teaching services, courses settings and teachers teaching methods are significantly related; there is a certain difference in the impact of various factors on the performance of foreign students, and the two factors of Chinese level and whether to prepare for the study have significant differences for students of different levels. Finally, based on the conclusions of the research, specific suggestions are put forward to improve the quality of talent training for international students.

1 引言
根據教育部印發的《推進共建“一帶一路”教育行動》和《國家中長期教育改革和發展綱要(2010—2020年)》,強調教育進一步擴大對外開放,提高留學生教育質量。近年來,云南各高校主動服務和融入“一帶一路”建設,不斷推進國際合作辦學,不斷提升教育國際化水平。經統計,2015年,云南共有留學生1.3萬名,生源國為105個[1];而2017年共有33所高校招收留學生,留學生總計有1.88萬名,生源國為148個,學生人數比2015年增加44.6%。隨著云南來華留學生招生規模的不斷擴大,如何培養適應國際經濟社會所需的國際化、高素質、復合型人才將是值得每位教育工作者探討的課題。
本研究主要針對“一帶一路”“來華留學生”及“人才培養”等方面進行文獻梳理?!?br>
