歷史沿革下福全街道欣華村嬗變的成功經驗

摘要：本文基于鄉村振興的宏大背景，于生態文明環境的視域下，試以時代嬗變和歷史沿革的維度下，對于紹興市鄉村的政治，經濟多維度地村落發展史解讀，特別側重于垃圾分類，生態保護的鄉村環境新模式的分析與溯因，通過對于福全街道欣華村的歷史今昔對比解讀，構建了一個鄉村振興與發展的新型范式，通過對于垃圾分類促成鄉村發展的新模式進行解讀，從而總結出欣華村發展的新型經驗，對于浙江省鄉村發展有著積極的借鑒意義.并且對于欣華村的現實困境提出探討與分析，基于現實困境中的實際問題提出建議與解決途徑。

Abstract： in this paper， based on the grand background of country， under the vision of ecological civilization environment， try to time evolution and historical evolution of dimension， for shaoxing country politics， economy to multi-dimensional village history， especially focus on the garbage classification， ecological protection of the rural environment analysis and back for new patterns， by the blessing all streets XinHua village historical measurement reading history， built a rural revitalization and development of the new paradigm of waste classification for contributing to the new model of rural development， new experiences， thus summarizes XinHua village development has a positive significance to the development of village in zhejiang province. In addition， the paper discusses and analyzes the realistic dilemma of Xinhua Village， and puts forward suggestions and solutions based on the practical problems in the realistic dilemma.

隨著鄉村振興的逐步發展與垃圾分類政策逐漸深入，對于鄉村振興與可持續發展這一社會的宏大課題國家與社會投入了更多的關注，同時由于黨中央的光輝領導與英明政策，改革開放的紅利使得浙江鄉村逐步振興與發展，本文中的福全街道欣華村正是由于此，方才擺脫了原先的貧窮與落后.實現了經濟上，政治上的巨大騰飛，更創建了垃圾分類的新模式，成為了浙江省的百強鎮之一，作為在垃圾分類模式上具備著巨大創新意義的福全鎮欣華村，其模式值得為中國諸多鄉村學習與傳播.
