摘?要:目的:探討體驗式教學在基礎護理實訓教學中的應用效果。方法:選擇我院2019級三年制大專護理專業的學生作為研究對象。隨機分為對照組147人和試驗組154人,對照組采用傳統教學方式,試驗組采用體驗式教學法,比較兩組護生學期末理論和實訓考核成績和人文關懷能力得分。結果:試驗組護生的理論、實訓以及人文關懷能力得分均高于對照組,差異具有統計學意義(p<0.05)。結論:與傳統教學模式相比,體驗式教學可以更好地激發學生的學習興趣和熱情,提高教學質量。

Abstract:Objective:To?explore?the?application?effect?of?experiential?teaching?in?basic?nursing?training?teaching.Methods:The?students?of?the?2019?threeyear?college?nursing?major?in?our?hospital?were?selected?as?the?research?objects.Randomly?divided?into?147?people?in?the?control?group?and?154?people?in?the?experimental?group.The?control?group?adopts?traditional?teaching?methods?and?the?experimental?group?adopts?experiential?teaching?methods.The?two?groups?of?nursing?students?are?compared?with?the?semesterend?theoretical?and?practical?training?assessment?scores?and?humanistic?care?ability?scores.Results:The?scores?of?theoretical,practical?training?and?humanistic?care?ability?of?nursing?students?in?the?experimental?group?were?higher?than?those?of?the?control?group,and?the?difference?was?statistically?significant?(p<0.05).Conclusion:Compared?with?the?traditional?teaching?mode,experiential?teaching?can?better?stimulate?students'?interest?and?enthusiasm?in?learning,and?improve?the?quality?of?teaching.

隨著醫學事業的迅速發展,就業市場和用人單位對護理專業從業人員的要求越來越高。護理實訓課程是培養護生實際崗位勝任能力的主要方法之一。目前國內醫學院校的護理實訓教學仍以理論授課穿插實操演示為主,不能很好地喚起學生的學習興趣和主動性。而體驗式教學是指由教師創設情境,引導學生進行情景體驗,在體驗的過程中學會轉變和克制消極的情緒和錯誤的認識,培養和應用積極情感和正確的認識的一種教學方法[1]。為積極響應《國家職業教育改革實施方案》[2]所提出的要求,本研究在高職護生《基礎護理學》實訓教學中采用體驗式教學法并觀察教學效果,為今后實訓教學的開展和研究提供有益的參考和重要補充。
