體驗式教學在基礎(chǔ)護理實訓教學中的實踐及效果評價

摘?要：目的：探討體驗式教學在基礎(chǔ)護理實訓教學中的應用效果。方法：選擇我院2019級三年制大專護理專業(yè)的學生作為研究對象。隨機分為對照組147人和試驗組154人，對照組采用傳統(tǒng)教學方式，試驗組采用體驗式教學法，比較兩組護生學期末理論和實訓考核成績和人文關(guān)懷能力得分。結(jié)果：試驗組護生的理論、實訓以及人文關(guān)懷能力得分均高于對照組，差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（p<0.05）。結(jié)論：與傳統(tǒng)教學模式相比，體驗式教學可以更好地激發(fā)學生的學習興趣和熱情，提高教學質(zhì)量。

Abstract：Objective：To?explore?the?application?effect?of?experiential?teaching?in?basic?nursing?training?teaching.Methods：The?students?of?the?2019?threeyear?college?nursing?major?in?our?hospital?were?selected?as?the?research?objects.Randomly?divided?into?147?people?in?the?control?group?and?154?people?in?the?experimental?group.The?control?group?adopts?traditional?teaching?methods?and?the?experimental?group?adopts?experiential?teaching?methods.The?two?groups?of?nursing?students?are?compared?with?the?semesterend?theoretical?and?practical?training?assessment?scores?and?humanistic?care?ability?scores.Results：The?scores?of?theoretical，practical?training?and?humanistic?care?ability?of?nursing?students?in?the?experimental?group?were?higher?than?those?of?the?control?group，and?the?difference?was?statistically?significant?（p<0.05）.Conclusion：Compared?with?the?traditional?teaching?mode，experiential?teaching?can?better?stimulate?students'?interest?and?enthusiasm?in?learning，and?improve?the?quality?of?teaching.

隨著醫(yī)學事業(yè)的迅速發(fā)展，就業(yè)市場和用人單位對護理專業(yè)從業(yè)人員的要求越來越高。護理實訓課程是培養(yǎng)護生實際崗位勝任能力的主要方法之一。目前國內(nèi)醫(yī)學院校的護理實訓教學仍以理論授課穿插實操演示為主，不能很好地喚起學生的學習興趣和主動性。而體驗式教學是指由教師創(chuàng)設(shè)情境，引導學生進行情景體驗，在體驗的過程中學會轉(zhuǎn)變和克制消極的情緒和錯誤的認識，培養(yǎng)和應用積極情感和正確的認識的一種教學方法[1]。為積極響應《國家職業(yè)教育改革實施方案》[2]所提出的要求，本研究在高職護生《基礎(chǔ)護理學》實訓教學中采用體驗式教學法并觀察教學效果，為今后實訓教學的開展和研究提供有益的參考和重要補充。
