摘? 要:隨著時代的發展,我國已經進入社會經濟飛速發展的階段,專業人才的培養和輸出對于國家的穩步發展有著極其重要的影響。高職院校作為培育社會應用型人才的重點領域,近些年來招生規模不斷擴大,學生人數逐年增多。因此,學生的教育和管理工作越來越復雜、要求越來越高。輔導員作為管理和學生思想政治教育的主要力量,在對大學生進行組織、指導和政治思想教育中起到至關重要的作用。輔導員專業化是對輔導員在工作中具有足夠的專業知識、專業技能和職業道德的基本要求。輔導員的專業化對高職院校的發展以及學生綜合素質的養成極其重要。該文首先介紹了高職院校輔導員專業化發展現狀,其次介紹了高職院校輔導員專業化發展的基本途徑。

Research on the Professional Development Mode of counselors in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract: With the development of the times, my country has entered a stage of rapid social and economic development. The training and export of professional talents has an extremely important impact on the steady development of the country. As a key field for cultivating socially applied talents, vocational colleges have been expanding their enrollment scale and the number of students has increased year by year. Therefore, the education and management of students is becoming more and more complex and demanding. As the main force of management and ideological and political education of students, counselors play a vital role in organizing, guiding and ideological education of college students. The professionalization of counselors is the basic requirement for counselors to have sufficient professional knowledge, professional skills and professional ethics in their work. The professionalization of counselors is extremely important for the development of higher vocational colleges and the cultivation of students' comprehensive qualities. This article first introduces the status quo of professional development of counselors in higher vocational colleges, and then introduces the basic ways of professional development of counselors in higher vocational colleges.

1? 高職院校輔導員專業化發展現狀
1.1 輔導員專業素養不足
根據對各大高校以及高職院校的輔導員專業素養以及專業能力的調查發現,當前我國很多高職院校在輔導員的選拔過程中并沒有嚴格的制度體系,導致輔導員的專業素養以及專業能力參差不齊。很多輔導員的學歷較低、專業能力不足,缺乏標準的專業素養以及專業技能,在管理在校學生的過程中缺乏基本的經驗和方法。從而致使學生管理以及政治思想教育工作不夠完善,在一定程度上影響了高職院校的教育質量以及高職院校平穩、健康地進步和發展。例如:當前我國高職院校中有很多輔導員所修專業與代理班級專業不符,學歷層次較低,輔導員需要具備的教育學、心理學、哲學、管理學等專業技能和素養不足,對所帶學生的專業不夠了解,無法全面透徹地了解學生、引導和教育學生[1]。從而造成與學生之間產生了一定的隔閡,影響了輔導員對學生的管理以及教育工作,也影響了對學生學習和生活的基本保障。
