


摘" " 要:中杏7號是以蜜香為母本、凱特為父本人工雜交選育而成的大果甜仁優質杏品種。果實圓形,平均單果質量108.5 g,最大單果質量140.0 g;果實較對稱,縫合線淺,梗洼中深,果頂微凹,無果頂尖,果皮有茸毛,中厚;成熟時果實底色黃色,陽面紅色。果肉橙黃色,肉厚質細,多汁,纖維少,香甜濃郁。果核圓形,褐色,離核。仁甜,種仁較飽滿。可溶性固形物含量(w,后同)14.5%,維生素C含量9.3 mg·100 g-1,可溶性糖含量7.9%,總酸含量1.1%,可食率96.3%。新鄉地區3月中旬開花,6月上旬果實成熟,11月中旬落葉。樹體生長勢強,易成花,以花束狀果枝和短果枝結果為主,自花結實能力差,需配置授粉樹。中杏7號外觀美,品質優,果個大,核仁甜,豐產穩產,適應性強,適合在河南及周邊平原、丘陵、山地等杏栽培區栽培。

Zhongxing No. 7, a new large fruit and sweet kernel apricot cultivar

Abstract: Zhongxing No. 7 apricot is a new large fruit and sweet kernel apricot cultivar selected from crossing between Mixiang and Katy apricot. It was approved by the Approval Committee for Improved Varieties of Forest Tree of Henan Province in January, 2023. The average fruit weight was 108.5 g, and the maximum fruit weight was 140.0 g. The average longitudinal diameter, transverse diameter and side diameter of the single fruit were 5.5 cm, 6.0 cm and 5.9 cm respectively. The fruit shape was near globose with concave apex and no fruit tip, and the fruit had yellow ground color and flake pink color on the sunny side when mature. The fruit had nearly symmetry, deep suture, and medium deep cavity. The fruit surface was smooth, the pericarp was hairy and the fruit peel was medium thick. The fruit flesh was orange in color, delicate in texture, with a low fiber content, medium firmness, balanced sugar/acid ratio and intense fruity aroma. The fruit soluble solids content was 14.5%, the total soluble sugar content was 7.9%, the total acid content was 1.1%, and the Vitamin C content was 9.3 mg·100 g-1. The fruit kernel was round, brown and detached from the flesh. The average dry kernel weight was 3.2 g, the kernel length was 2.7 cm, and the kernel width was 2.4 cm. The kernel was sweet and large with average single dry weight of 0.5 g. The edible rate was 96.3%. The burst date of flower buds was in early-March, early blossoming period in mid-March, and full blossoming period in mid-late March. The flowering period was approximately 7-10 days in Xinxiang area, Henan Province. The flower was showy. It had five light pink petals with one pistil and 26-35 stamens. The anther was light yellow with a lot of pollen. The fruit development period was about 75 days. The fruit ripening date was early June in Xinxiang. The leaf buds bursted in late March and the leaves expanded in early April. Trees defoliation started in early-November. The tree posture was spreading and the tree vigor was strong. The flower bud formation was easy and the fruits were mainly bore on the short fruit branches. The pollination tree was needed for its poor self-fruiting ability. The tree was highly and stably productive and started to bear fruits in the second year after planting. It exhibited strong adaption to undesirable circumstances, and was resistance to frost. It would be suitable for cultivation in Henan province and the other apricot suitable planting areas of China.

杏(Prunus armeniaca Lam.)屬于薔薇科(Rosaceae),是原產于中國的特色果樹,是栽培歷史最為悠久的果樹樹種之一,品種資源豐富,果實品質優異,栽培面積和產量均居世界首位[1-2]。杏果實成熟早,色澤鮮艷,風味獨特,富含糖類、蛋白質、礦物質、維生素等營養物質,深受市場認可和消費者喜愛[3]。杏樹對干旱、寒冷貧瘠土壤具有較強的抗性,廣泛分布于中國“三北”地區,是兼具經濟效益、社會效益及生態效益的經濟林樹種[4-6]。
目前,中國生產上的主栽品種大多是地方優良品種,表現為果個大、風味濃郁,但果肉軟、不耐貯運、大小年現象明顯,豐產性差。針對國內杏品種豐產性差、不耐貯運等問題,金太陽和凱特因具備外觀美、豐產性好、果肉硬、耐貯運等優點而從國外引進,但口感較酸,風味較差,沒有中國杏的甜香味。近些年來,一系列杏新品種相繼被中國杏育種工作者培育出來,如國錦[7]、京緋紅[8]、中杏3號[3]、吉露[9]、英華[10]、金輝[11]、早紅艷[12]、金碩[13]、京駱豐[14]等,但是不能完全滿足不同的栽培需求和市場需求。因此,選育并推廣應用品質好、產量高、抗性強的杏新品種,是杏產業發展的重要基礎和根本保障,也是提高種植效益的有效途徑。中國農業科學院鄭州果樹研究所將硬肉、高產、優質、抗性強作為育種目標。經過多年的系統選育,選育出優質大果甜仁杏新品種中杏7號。
1 選育經過
2010年以蜜香為母本、凱特為父本進行雜交,獲得雜交種子256粒,翌年春季播種,繁育出雜交苗102株,于2012年春季定植于中國農業科學院鄭州果樹研究所李杏種質資源圃,進行正常水肥撫育管理,分別編號、調查。
2015年雜交單株開花結果,從果實經濟性狀、結果習性、豐產性能等方面進行調查鑒定,編號為6-16的雜交單株綜合性狀突出,表現為:果個大,肉厚質細,纖維少,汁液多,可溶性固形物含量(w,后同)14.0%~15.5%,香甜濃郁,仁甜飽滿,果實6月上旬成熟,遂定為優良單株。2015年以大樹高接,連續3 a(年)對高接樹和實生母樹進行觀察,6-16綜合性狀表現穩定,定為復選優系。同時通過嫁接繁育苗木,2018年起在河南省新鄉市新鄉縣、開封市蘭考縣、濮陽市濮陽縣、南陽市鎮平縣等地進行區域試驗或引種栽培。定植后第2年少量結果,第3年大量結果,第4年進入豐產期。2023年1月通過河南省林木品種審定委員會審定,命名為中杏7號(良種編號:豫S-SV-PA-008-2022)(圖1)。
2 主要性狀
2.1 果實經濟性狀
果實圓形,平均單果質量108.5 g,最大單果質量140.0 g。縱徑5.5 cm,橫徑6.0 cm,側徑5.9 cm。果頂微凹,無果頂尖,縫合線淺,較明顯,梗洼中深。果實底色黃色,陽面紅色,果皮中厚。果肉橙黃色,肉厚質細,纖維少,汁液多,香甜濃郁,離核。可溶性固形物含量14.5%,維生素C含量9.3 mg·100 g-1,可溶性糖含量7.9%,總酸含量1.1%。核圓形,干核平均質量3.2 g,核長2.7 cm,核寬2.4 cm。種仁較飽滿,核仁甜,干仁平均質量0.5 g;可食率96.3%(表1)。
2.2 植物學特征
樹體生長勢強,樹姿半開張。樹皮棕褐色,多年生枝灰褐色,1年生枝條陽面紫紅色,較粗壯,銳角斜生,光滑無毛。節間長1.9 cm,皮孔灰白色,橢圓形。花5瓣,花瓣下部淺粉紅色。葉片長9.2 cm,葉片寬7.5 cm,葉表面深綠色,葉基鈍圓形,葉片尖端夾角中等鈍角,葉緣尖鋸齒,葉緣起伏中等;葉柄長3.3 cm,葉柄暗紅色,葉柄蜜腺數多于3個。
2.3 生長結果習性
中杏7號樹勢較強,樹姿較直立,經調查,新鄉地區6年生果園,平均樹高4.1 m,平均冠幅3.4 m,平均地徑15.2 cm。當年新梢平均長44.5 cm,枝條直徑平均為0.8 cm,以花束狀果枝和短果枝結果為主。1年生嫁接苗第2年開始少量結果,3年即可大量結果,5年生樹株產40.0 kg以上。經試驗對比,中杏7號的產量優于對照品種凱特杏(表2)。
2.4 物候期
在河南省新鄉地區,中杏7號3月初花芽萌動,3月中旬開花,3月中下旬盛花期,花期7~10 d,花落后子房逐漸膨大,6月上旬果實成熟,果實發育期約75 d;3月下旬葉芽萌動,4月上旬展葉,11月初開始落葉,到11月中旬完全落葉,樹體營養生長期220 d左右。新鄉物候期比鄭州晚5 d左右。
2.5 抗逆性與適應性
通過在鄭州市、新鄉市、開封市、濮陽市及南陽市等地區開展區域試驗,結果表明中杏7號適應性較強,在不同地區的壤土、壤砂土等不同類型土壤條件下均表現良好。該品種坐果率高,豐產、穩產,抗倒春寒,抗病蟲能力較強,注意早春萌芽前后對蚜蟲的預防。中杏7號適應范圍廣,在河南省各地區及周邊省杏的栽培區域均可種植栽培。
3 栽培技術要點
3.1 建園定植
在地勢平坦、通風向陽、土壤肥沃、無核果類重茬、交通便利的地塊建園。中杏7號樹體較直立,生產園可適當密植,株行距一般采用(2~3)m×(3~4)m;采摘園可適當稀植,株行距以(3~4)m×(5~6)m為宜。冬季落葉后到土壤封凍前或春季土壤解凍后到發芽前均可定植,選用芽眼飽滿、根系發達、無病蟲害的優質苗木,定植后立即灌透水,在60~80 cm高度處選飽滿芽定干。中杏7號自花結實率較低,建園時需配置授粉樹,如金太陽、凱特、玫香、中杏3號等,配置比例一般為(4~8)∶1。
3.2 整形修剪
中杏7號可采用自然開心形、疏散分層形、Y字形的樹形。幼樹期的修剪,為增加枝葉量,以輕短截為主,采用拉枝、摘心等夏季修剪方法;初果期樹的修剪,以繼續培養樹形為主,疏除直立枝和旺長枝,其余枝條多緩放,擴大樹冠,促使盡早進入盛果期。盛果期樹的修剪,應遵循“適當重剪,強枝少剪,弱枝多剪,不過密不疏枝”的原則,維持樹勢,延長結果年限;衰老期樹的修剪,以更新復壯骨干枝和結果枝組為主。
3.3 花果管理
杏樹開花較早,易遭受晚霜危害,花期在低溫或霜凍出現前及時采取熏煙、灌水、噴施防凍液等措施加以預防[15]。在花蕾期和花期,根據果園立地條件、樹形和管理水平確定留花量,通過疏花減少養分的消耗。盛花后20 d左右開始疏果,疏去病蟲果、畸形果和擁擠的果實,長果枝、中果枝、短果枝留果量分別為:3~6個果、2~3個果、1個果。
3.4 肥水管理
杏樹施肥分基肥和追肥,在杏樹秋梢停止生長到落葉前施基肥,基肥以有機肥為主,化肥為輔,即每666.7 m2施腐熟的畜禽糞便2000~3000 kg+平衡復合肥15~20 kg,單邊開溝施入。追肥主要在萌芽期、幼果期、膨果期、轉熟期進行,萌芽期以高氮肥為主,促進樹體萌發和生長;幼果期以氮鈣肥為主,促進果實細胞分裂,為增大果個打基礎;膨果期以中氮低磷中鉀為主,促進果實膨大;轉熟期以鉀肥為主,促進糖分積累和果實品質提升。每次施肥后和土壤干旱時及時澆水,雨季時注意排水防澇[16]。果實采收前10 d內不宜澆水,以防出現裂果。
3.5 病蟲害防治
針對中杏7號的病蟲害防治,采用“預防為主,防治結合”的原則,可通過合理修剪、加強水肥管理等日常管理工作,增強樹勢,提高樹體抗病能力。藥物防治要選擇高效、無毒或低毒、低殘留的殺蟲劑和殺菌劑,秋季落葉后或早春萌芽前,全園噴灑1次5 °Bé石硫合劑,消滅越冬若蟲,日常應重點防控蚜蟲、介殼蟲、天幕毛蟲等蟲害,褐腐病、瘡痂病、杏疔病、穿孔病等病害。
