Abstract: The popularization of Marxism is the theoretical system engineering involving many fields, which should be given an structural and theoretical analysis from research basis, methods, relationship and the principles. The popularization of marxism should be combined into sinicization and the time so as to find the foothold; Expanding social members' faith to Marxist in order to realize the maximization of the effect of guiding the practice and reforming society; Popularity emphasis on construction. Based on handling dialectically the relationship between parties, the popularity can be designed in the sense of modern, the method system of Marxist popularization can be established and the methodology can be formed.

Abstract:Zhou Enlai attaches great importance to China's development problems,puts forward many important thoughts,and has formed his own development concept.The main contents of the concept include:insist the most important position of the economical construction in national construction to solidify development material foundation;early propose the realization of "modernization" as China's specified development goal;correctly analyze the issues of Chinese intellectuals and provide intellectual support;put forward "Continue Dictatorship,while expand democracy" to provide political guarantee for China's development;advocate "Developing science and technology is the key to reform the relations of production" to provide the power source for the development of China;and extensive diplomatic work creates a good external environment for China's development.

電力工程，是關系我國居民生活以及工業生產重要的工程，電力自動化是實現電力工程安全、高效管理的重要途徑，也是電力工程發展的必然要求。我國的電力工程自動化技術處于快速發展中，已經取得了巨大的成就。現如今，在科學技術不斷進步，社會經濟不斷提高的新形勢下，電力工程中電力自動化技術的運用，在提高了供電穩定性和安全性的同時，還降低了電力系統的運營成本，改善了供電質量。因此，得到了國家有關部門以及電力工程人員的高度認可。目前，我國電力工程的發展依賴于電力自動化的實現。電力工程的電力自動化對我國電力事業的發展有著重要的現實意義。

Abstract:Being the first man to quest for "signification" of constitutionalism,Liang Qichao viewed that learning western constitutionalism system must full consider China's national conditions and its cultural tradition.Based on the comparison of the differences,he unearthed the local resources of constitutionalism through relying on China's cultural tradition,reconstructed the western traditional constitutionalism and the integration of "sinicization" between modernity and nationality.

Abstract: Mr Lv Si-mian was the successor and practitioner of the new history inaugurated by Liang Qi-chao.He had abundant writings in his life and established the important position in Chinese history in the 20th century by two General history of China and four Chinese history by period.The vernacular Chinese history created a new era of general history exploration of China by distinct viewpoint of historical evolution,strict history research and fluent statement.The general history of China by Lv Si-mian invented creatively two new types of the plate based on traditional historiography exploration heritage and had elementarily conviction to historical materialism of Marxism.His general history exploration thought and experience was applied and developed distinctly on Chinese History before Qin Dynasty and History of Qin-Han Dynasty.So he could give the historical records huge shock by rich historical data and original deep discussion.His constantly new exploration on historiography exploration reflected his evolution of the academic thoughts.

Abstract:Due to some objective factors,the educational development level in rural areas is comparatively low.Therefore it is needed to train a group of key teachers with excellent professional knowledge working as demonstrators, which becomes important contents for the project of improving the qualities of teachers in rural primary and middle schools.A new training model based on the Modern Distance Education Project in Rural Primary and Middle Schools is discussed which,within the environment of information technology, combines concentrative training, regional training community and sustainable support.This model gives room for teachers' subjectiveness, concentrates the advantages of regional resources and supplies supports and services for key teachers in rural areas with the continuable development in their professional quality.
