歐美政府信息資源公益性開發利用研究

　　摘要：首先，對歐美在政府信息資源開發利用過程中的主要信息類型進行介紹，然后，分別從開發主體和開發方式兩個方面，對歐美政府信息資源的公益性開發利用情況進行分析和總結，同時，列舉出部分典型案例。簡要分析了歐盟和美國在政府信息資源公益性開發利用中的相同點和不同點，最后，總結出歐美政府信息資源公益性開發利用的經驗以及對我國的啟示。
