摘 要:電動汽車電池系統由動力電池組和電池管理系統組成。為了更好指導整車電池系統的開發(fā),現以一組動力電池為控制對象,基于STM32芯片設計設計一個電池管理系統。設計過程中根據電池特性和供電需求確定電池管理系統的拓撲結構,通過劃分功能模塊進行硬件模塊電路設計和軟件開發(fā),制作一個電池管理系統。實驗證明設計的電池管理系統能夠對電池組進行信息采集和處理,通過顯示屏反饋數據,并對電池組進行保護,對整車的電池管理系統設計起指導作用。

Design of Battery Management System Based on STM32

Abstract:Electric vehicle battery system consists of power battery pack and battery management system. To better guide the development of the vehicle battery system, a battery management system is designed based on the STM32 chip with a group of power batteries as the control object. The topology of the battery management system is determined by the battery characteristics and power supply requirements in the design process. The hardware module circuit design and software development are carried out by dividing the functional modules to make a battery management system. The experiment proves that the designed battery management system can collect and manage the information of the battery pack, feedback the data through the display screen, and protect the battery pack, which plays a guiding role in the design of the battery management system of the whole vehicle.
