Beijing to Continue with Property Market Control
Source from Beijing government confirmed firm stance on property market control in Beijing and vowed to keep in place measures such as bans on third-home purchases in long term. Property tax trials won’t be introduced to Beijing currently and Beijing won’t apply for the property tax trial on its own initiative.

Construction of a joint venture project between Chery and Britain-based Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) started in Changshu, Jiangsu Province on November 18th. Chery signed cooperation agreements with Guangzhou Automobile Group to engage in a wide range of areas including research and development, overseas business and production management. Some insider pointed out that Chery has relied on the government’s subsidy for a long time and great risks exist.
Domestic MRI Companies to Get Support
Chinese MRI companies will see development chances soon. A supporting policy made by the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and the Ministry of Science and Technology is expected to be published by the end of this year, which will declare that RMB 1.5 billion will be allocated to promote the industrialization of new products and the application of new technology in China’s medical instruments field.
