針灸作用原理研究應予重視的四個基本問題

[摘要] 針灸作用原理研究中確實存在一些理論上和設計上界定不清的問題，筆者建議在針灸課題申請、評審、實施、驗收的過程中必須做到（1）注意區分廣義經絡與狹義經絡；（2）理清神經系統的作用與地位；（3）重視全息穴位的作用及影響；（4）評估機體組織反應性與細胞信號轉導的作用及價值。

Attaching importance to the four basic problems of the research on the mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion

[Abstract] There has been some ambiguous and vague problems with the theory and design of research on the mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion.For this，the authors suggest that the researchers would do the following four points in the application，review and implementation，acceptance process（1）Distinguish the generalized meridian form narrow channels；（2）Make clear the position and function of the nervous system；（3） Pay attention to the role and influence holographic meridians；（4）Evaluate the body tissues reactive and cellular signal transduction role and value.

經絡學說是祖國醫學經典理論的核心內容之一[1]，也是針灸療法發揮臨床療效的重要基礎，為中華民族的繁衍昌盛和醫療保健做出了重要貢獻。針灸的治療作用和價值不僅被國民認可，而且被世界上100多個國家的政府和人民所接受。但其作用原理尚未被現代科學技術所揭示。

從針灸的普及到針刺麻醉的轟動，從國家對針灸經絡研究的重視到經絡實質研究局面的高漲，由于對研究成果的評價存在各種各樣的認識，出現瞎子摸象、固執己見、互不認可的現象，經絡研究隊伍內部目標、方法、思路的不統一[2]。影響了外部和上級相關部門對研究成果的認可，減弱了對針灸研究的支持力度，甚至經常出現質疑和反對占上風的局面。這不僅折射出現代科學技術的局限性，反映出主流醫學體系的思維定勢和對非主流體系未知領域的漠視與排斥，也反映出研究隊伍內部需要樹立統一目標，進行頂層設計，匯聚隊伍，分工協作，厘清針灸經絡研究中容易混淆的若干問題，強化科研與學術的嚴謹性與規范性?！?br>
