[摘要] 目的 對葉瓜參中的多糖進行分析。 方法 應用現(xiàn)代提取分離方法和化學及光譜鑒定技術對多糖成分進行分離鑒定。 結果 從葉瓜參中分離鑒定了CFG-1、CFG-2 和CFG-3 等3種多糖成分。 結論 CFG-1由木糖、3-甲氧基葡萄糖和葡萄糖組成,其摩爾數(shù)比=2︰1︰1;CFG-2由木糖、喹納糖、3-甲氧基葡萄糖和葡萄糖組成,其摩爾數(shù)比=2︰1︰1︰1;CFG-3由喹納糖和葡萄糖組成,其摩爾數(shù)比=1︰1。葉瓜參多糖CFG-2的PTP1B酶活性抑制試驗顯示,對PTP1B酶具有顯著的抑制活性。

Studies on the active polysaccharides from Cucumaria frondosa Gunnerus

[Abstract] Objective To analyse the polysaccharides from Cucumber frondosa Gunnerus. Methods Apply modern methods of isolation and spectrum for identification of the polysaccharides. Results 3 of polysaccharides:CFG-1,CFG-2,and CFG-3 were isolated and identified. Conclusion The CFG-1 was composed of D-xylose,3-O-methyl-D-glucose and D-glucose(mol.rate=2︰1︰1).CFG-2 was composed of D-xylose,L-quinovose,3-O-methyl-D-glucose and D-glucose (mol.rate=2︰1︰1︰1). CFG-3 were composed of L-quinovose and D-glucose (mol. rate=1︰1). CFG-2 showed significant anti-diabeties activity in the PTP1B inhibition test.

海參為海洋棘皮動物,營養(yǎng)豐富、味美可口,具有極高的藥用價值,同人參、燕窩、魚翅齊名,是世界八大珍品之一。明代以后,海參收錄于本草,作為補益藥物[1]。現(xiàn)代研究表明,海參具有提高記憶力、延緩性腺衰老、防止動脈硬化、糖尿病以及抗腫瘤等作用[2]。葉瓜參(Cucumaria frondosa Gunnerus)屬棘皮動物門(Echinodermata)、海參綱(Holothurcidea)、楯手目(Dendrochirotida)、瓜參科(Cucumariidae)的海洋動物。體長一般為50 mm,體型呈圓筒狀,體色為棕色或黑色,具有較厚的體壁和堅硬的角質(zhì),觸手為5個。該物種廣泛分布于北極地區(qū),俄羅斯、加拿大、挪威、英國等國海岸均有分布,此外從格陵蘭到馬薩諸塞的西大西洋水域也有分布[3]。多糖是海參的主要活性成分,主要有黏多糖巖和藻多糖兩種[4-5]。國外學者對葉瓜參中的皂苷有過研究[6-7],但有關葉瓜參多糖的研究鮮有報導。本課題組先期對葉瓜參中的腦苷脂進行了研究[8]。本研究對加拿大紐西蘭海域的葉瓜參(C. frondosa Gunnerus)中的多糖成分進行了系統(tǒng)的化學分析和生物活性研究。……
