無痛結腸鏡下治療結腸息肉電切除手術的臨床護理

[摘要] 目的 探討無痛結腸鏡下治療結腸息肉電切除手術的臨床護理方法及其效果。 方法 對2011年5月～2012年5月入住筆者所在醫院的50例結腸息肉患者的臨床資料進行回顧性分析，患者均在無痛結腸鏡下進行結腸息肉電切除手術治療的。然后對其提供科學的圍手術期護理措施。 結果 本組患者均不存在穿孔現象，2例（占4%）帶蒂息肉切除后殘端出血，立即電凝止血；3例（占6%）在手術之后1 d內出現微量便血癥狀，對出現微量便血的患者進行止血治療，3d之內出血癥狀全部停止，不存在二次進鏡出血的患者。對本組患者進行隨訪并對其進行常規的復查腸鏡，原發部位并沒有發現息肉存在。 結論 向經無痛結腸鏡下治療結腸息肉電切除手術治療的患者提供科學的臨床護理，其效果較為明顯，可作為治療的輔助手段加以推廣并應用。

Clinical nursing of the treatment under painless colonoscopy of colonic polyps resection operation

[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical nursing methods and effect of the application of painless colonoscopy colon polyps electric resection. Methods The clinical data of 50 cases wtih colon polyps in our hospital from May 2011 to May 2012 was retrospectively analyzed. All the patients were given electric excision surgery under painless colonoscopy colon polyps and then were provided the scientific perioperative nursing measures. Results There had no exist punch phenomenon.The stub of pedicle polyp of 2 cases （4%） with pedicle polyp were bleed after resection and had the electrocautery unit blood immediately. 3 cases （6%） appeared trace hematochezia symptoms after the surgery within 1 day， and all the bleeding symptoms stop within 3 days after hemostatic treatment. There was no secondary into mirror bleeding patients. The patients were followed up and carried on the regular review colonoscopy. No polyp existence was found in primary site. Conclusion For the colon polyps electric resection of the surgical treatment of patients with clinical nursing science， the effect of painless colonoscopy treatment is more obvious and should be as a treatment for auxiliary means to promotion and application.

無痛結腸鏡為通過靜脈應用鎮靜、麻醉藥以及鎮痛，使接受結腸鏡檢查以及治療的患者在全身麻醉狀態之下，完成整個診斷與治療的過程。筆者所在醫院在2011年自開展“無痛內鏡”以來，對50例結腸息肉患者經過無痛結腸鏡下行腸息肉患者經過無痛結腸鏡下行腸息肉電凝切除術。按照這種方法，能夠有效地消除結腸息肉患者的內心畏懼與恐慌，具有無痛苦以及人性化等方面的優點，能夠讓內鏡醫生擁有充足的時間對結腸息肉進行診斷與治療，療效顯著，為目前最受歡迎的一種治療方法[1-2]。……
