中藥配方顆粒杏蘇散加減治療外感咳嗽的療效觀察

[摘要] 目的 觀察杏蘇散配方顆粒加減治療外感咳嗽的療效。 方法 治療組予中藥配方顆粒，對(duì)照組予中藥湯劑，比較兩者之間的療效。 結(jié)果 杏蘇散治療外感咳嗽配方顆粒和湯劑效果均較滿意。 結(jié)論 中藥配方顆粒杏蘇散加減治療外感咳嗽療效顯著，且易貯存保管、便于使用，有利于推進(jìn)中藥現(xiàn)代化、國(guó)際化。

[Abstract] Objective To observe the clinical effect of drug granules of Chinese herbs of Xingsu San on cold cough. Methods All cases were divided into treatment group， control group， respectively treating with drug granules and detection of cut crude drug. Results Both groups showed satisfactory effects on cold cough. Conclusion Drug granules of Xingsu San have therapeutic effects to cold cough， equal effect with traditional detection of cut crude drugs， also were convenient， and help for promoting TCM modernization and innovation process.

咳嗽為臨床常見病，究其病因分為外感、內(nèi)傷兩大類。外感咳嗽多屬實(shí)證，由于外邪性質(zhì)和兼感的不同，其臨床分型多為風(fēng)寒、風(fēng)熱、風(fēng)燥3大類，表現(xiàn)為起病較急，聲盛而濁，兼見寒熱、頭痛、身痛、鼻塞、流涕、咽干、喉癢等癥候。中醫(yī)治療外感咳嗽有良好療效，杏蘇散溫而不燥，潤(rùn)而不涼，筆者臨床上取之化裁治療外感咳嗽，效果顯著。中藥配方顆粒易貯存保管、便于使用，亦可隨證加減，筆者以中藥配方顆粒劑與中藥湯劑對(duì)比治療外感咳嗽，兩者治療效果均較滿意。

1 資料與方法

1.1 一般資料

280例患者均為筆者所在醫(yī)院2012年3～4月中醫(yī)門診患者，隨機(jī)分為兩組。治療組140例，男76例，女64例；病程4～16 d，平均（9.4±1.5）d；年齡3～69歲，平均（37.1±11.2）歲；對(duì)照組140例，男74例，女66例，病程4～16 d，平均（10.1±1.6）d；年齡3～69歲，平均（36.6±11.8）歲。兩組患者在性別、年齡、病程上比較，差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P>0.05），具有可比性。

1.2 診斷依據(jù)

兩組患者參照《中醫(yī)內(nèi)科學(xué)》診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)[1]確診，排除病程較長(zhǎng)，反復(fù)發(fā)作，咳而伴喘的內(nèi)傷咳嗽，中醫(yī)辨證標(biāo)準(zhǔn)如下：

風(fēng)寒束肺證：咳嗽陣作，咯痰稀薄色白，咽癢，伴惡寒發(fā)熱，鼻塞流清涕，舌質(zhì)淡紅，苔薄白，脈浮緊。……
