類志賀鄰單胞菌檢出1株

[摘要] 目的 類志賀鄰單胞菌是近年來受到關注的感染性腹瀉及食物中毒的病原體。從1例腹瀉患者便樣中檢出類志賀鄰單胞菌，以此了解類志賀鄰單胞菌的生物學特性。 方法 采用生化反應試驗了解該菌的生化特性、血清學凝集試驗檢測該菌的存在、藥敏試驗對所檢菌株進行分析，并與腸桿菌科志賀菌加以鑒別。 結果 檢出株菌確診為類志賀鄰單胞菌。 結論 采用生化反應、血清學凝集、藥敏試驗對類志賀菌與腸桿菌科志賀菌加以鑒別。

[Abstract] Objective Plesiomus shigelloides which is the pathogen of infectious diarrhea and food poisoning， is noted for the past few years. PS was detected from a stool sample of a diarrhea patient to understood the biological characteristics of PS. Methods Biochemical reactions was used to explore the biochemical properties of this bacterium. Serological agglutination test was used to detect the presence of this bacterium. Antibiotic susceptibility test was used to analysis this bacterium， which was distinguished with enterobacteriaceae shigella. Results The strains were identified as PS. Conclusion PS was identified with enterobacteriaceae shigella by biochemical reactions， serological agglutination test and antibiotic susceptibility test.

類志賀鄰單胞菌是近年來受到關注的引起人胃腸炎、急性感染性腹瀉的病原菌。國內外許多學者對其病原特性、生態分布、致病性等多方面進行了研究。本研究從1例腹瀉患者便樣中檢出類志賀鄰單胞菌，概述該菌的生物學特性。類志賀鄰單胞菌為鄰單胞菌屬的1個菌種，屬于弧菌科，是腸道病原菌之一，本菌不發酵乳糖和蔗糖，或遲緩發酵乳糖，和志賀菌屬生化學近似。本菌所致的腸道內感染一般表現為水樣腹瀉，是一類氧化酶陽性，動力陽性的革蘭桿菌[1]。

1 臨床資料

2012年7月3日，本實驗室收到區屬紅橋醫院送檢的1例腹瀉患者便樣。該患者為青年男性，主要癥狀為腹痛、腹瀉，每天3～5次，為水樣便，便常規檢驗結果異常，臨床醫生初診為菌痢，后送至本中心實驗室檢驗，結果檢出的菌群為類志賀鄰單胞菌。
