住院精神病患者外出行院內(nèi)檢查的安全管理

[摘要] 目的 探討住院精神病患者外出行院內(nèi)檢查的安全管理措施。 方法 護士將在轉(zhuǎn)運及檢查過程中可能出現(xiàn)的危險因素提前進行預(yù)見性評估，并做好充分準備，包括轉(zhuǎn)運前對病情的評估、對陪同護工評估及風險交接，途中、檢查中的病情監(jiān)測，檢查前后的交接班以及簽名等。 結(jié)果 對住院精神病患者外出檢查采取相應(yīng)的安全管理措施，提高了住院精神病患者外出檢查時的安全性。實施1年，安全轉(zhuǎn)運282例患者，患者未出現(xiàn)并發(fā)癥及其他意外事件。 結(jié)論 通過預(yù)見性的評估、準備并采取相應(yīng)的安全管理措施，可以提高住院精神病患者外出檢查時的安全性，減少并發(fā)癥及意外事件的發(fā)生。

Safety management of hospitalized psychiatric patients doing hospital checks when going out

[Abstract] Objective To study the hospitalized mental patients going out hospital to check the safety management measures. Methods Nurse risk factors in transshipment and inspection process may advance the predictability assessment，and fully prepared， including pre-shipment condition assessment，the accompanying carer assessment and risk transfer，on the way，check the condition of monitoring， inspection before and after the shift，and signature. Results Go out the check to take appropriate safety measures，and improve the safety of hospitalized mental patients go out to check on hospitalized mental patients.Implementation，security， transport 282 cases of patients，patients with no complications and other unforeseen events. Conclusion The predictability assessment，prepare and take appropriate safety measures can improve the safety of hospitalized mental patients to go out to check，to reduce the occurrence of complications and accidents.

護理安全管理是應(yīng)用制度、技術(shù)、教育等多種措施，有效防范護理安全事故的發(fā)生，為患者創(chuàng)造一個安全、健康、高效的護理環(huán)境[1]，以保證優(yōu)質(zhì)護理服務(wù)的正常進行。護理安全管理貫穿于整個護理活動中，尤其對精神病患者，外出檢查對護理安全管理提出了一個艱巨的任務(wù)，此時對有外逃、沖動暴力行為以及自棄自傷者而言，提供了一個相對而言的絕好機會。筆者所在醫(yī)院自2011年1月份成立配送中心，患者外出檢查的陪同人員均為配送中心統(tǒng)一調(diào)度的護送人員，這是對傳統(tǒng)管理理念，工作方式的挑戰(zhàn)。為了確保患者外出行院內(nèi)檢查時的安全，筆者所在科室采取了相應(yīng)的安全管理措施和接送流程，實施以來取得了良好效果，現(xiàn)報道如下。……
