[摘要] 醫院開展全面質量管理考核是醫院發展的既定的目標。結合醫院質量控制和日常管理的實際情況和醫院發展目標,出臺了《全面質量管理考核方案》及《二十五項質量管理考核標準》等多個配套文件,以月考核、季考核、半年考核和年度考核等不同的方式進行考核,評分方法按醫療、醫技、職能、后勤科室四個系列分別排序,各項考核標準按權重計分,根據考核結果對各科室進行獎懲排序,并作為科室及個人年終評先選優的依據,設二十三個質量管理考核組。護理質量考核組及護理質量考核標準為重要組成內容,實施全面質量管理考核促進護理工作發展。

[Abstract] It is the hospital development goals to carry out a comprehensive quality management assessment. Combined with hospital quality control and routine management of the actual situation,hospital development goals,issued a comprehensive quality management assessment plan and twenty-five quality management standard and other supporting documents.By month,season,year examination and annual evaluation of different ways of assessment,scoring method according to medical, medical technology functions, logistics department,four series were sorted,the assessment standard weighted score,according to the results of examination of sections of rewards and punishments to sort,and as the department and individual year-end assessment selection basis, with twenty-three quality management assessment group.Quality of care assessment and nursing quality assessment standards for the important composition content,the implementation of total quality management to promote the development of nursing assessment.

管理出質量,管理出人才,管理出效益。醫療質量是醫院發展的根本,要實現從單一經濟目標管理向全面質量管理的轉變,就要打造硬件過硬、技術過硬、服務過硬、老百姓認可的醫院。內強素質,外樹形象,打好基礎,謀取醫院跨越式發展,從強化質量管理入手,切實把醫院質量管理作為一項長遠的工作,有效促進醫院的全面建設[1],充分調動全院職工的積極性,提升醫院核心競爭力,將護理質量管理納入醫院全面質量管理考核體系中,促進護理工作發展。
