腹腔鏡保守手術后持續性異位妊娠的護理

[摘要] 目的 探討腹腔鏡保守手術后持續性異位妊娠的護理效果。 方法 2007年6月～2011年12月來揚州市第一人民醫院做過腹腔鏡保守手術并且在術后發生持續性異位妊娠的患者，從中抽取96例，對其在醫院接受過的心理護理、健康教育護理、常規護理以及治療使用藥物的護理等進行分析。 結果 通過醫院的有效治療及周到的護理，持續性異位妊娠的患者均已康復，避免二次手術，并且遠離生命危險。 結論 護理人員要豐富自己的專業知識，以及實際的操作技術，對腹腔鏡保守手術后持續性異位妊娠的患者實行有效的護理，可以緩解患者疾病，保證患者的生命安全。

Care of persistent ectopic pregnancy after laparoscopic conservative surgery

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the care effect of persistent ectopic pregnancy after laparoscopic conservative surgery. Methods Selected patients who had get laparoscopic conservative surgery and persistent ectopic pregnancy after the surgery in the first people's hospital of Yangzhou city from June 2007 to December 2011.Extracted 96 patients，analyzed the psychological care，health education，routine care and drug use care they had get. Results The patients of persistent ectopic pregnancy had recovered through our hospital's treatment and attentive care，and had avoided secondary surgery，away from life-threatening. Conclusion Nursing staff should enrich their professional knowledge，actual operating techniques，effective care for patients with persistent ectopic pregnancy after laparoscopic conservative surgery，these can ease the patients' disease，and ensure the patients' safety.

近幾年腹腔鏡手術的技術飛速發展，它已經逐步取代開腹手術的地位，成了妊娠手術首要選擇的方法，在整個異位妊娠手術的領域中占比例最大的就是輸卵管妊娠達到95%。近幾年異位妊娠的發病率持續上升，因此來醫院做輸卵管妊娠保守性手術的人逐漸增多，腹腔鏡手術的需要加大就促進技術的進步與發展，大家認可腹腔鏡手術的原因是它具有微創、安全、再次宮內妊娠率高等優點[1]。持續性異位妊娠是一種在腹腔鏡手術后的病癥，特點為血絨毛膜促性腺激素血HCG持續性升高，指的是在異位妊娠治療以后滋養細胞的繼續增長，血β-HCG的水平在逐漸上升或者是降低以后又上升，盆腔內持續包塊這一些表現癥狀[2-3]。……
