復方玄駒膠囊治療少弱精子癥患者的臨床研究

[摘要] 目的 觀察復方玄駒膠囊治療少弱精子癥患者的療效。 方法 采用開放性、自身前后對照的臨床研究方法，對162例少弱精子癥患者采用口服復方玄駒膠囊治療12周。以精子密度、（a+b）級精子和精子活率為主要療效指標，以 a級精子、精液量、液化時間、正常精子形態(tài)以及果糖含量和α-中性糖苷酶為次要療效指標，來評價復方玄駒膠囊治療效果。 結果 有153例患者完成了臨床研究，治療12周后精子密度、（a+b）級精子、a級精子、精子活率比治療前均顯著升高（P<0.01），另外精液量、精液液化時間、正常形態(tài)數目、精液中果糖含量、α-中性糖苷酶活性也有明顯提高（P<0.05），且具有統(tǒng)計學意義。精子密度增加了73.41%，達到正常標準的病例數為97例（63.40%）；（a+b）級精子提高了98.32%，達到正常標準的病例數為54例（35.29%）；a級精子提高了79.18%，達到正常標準的病例數為59例（38.56%）；精子活率提高了64.36%，精子活動率達到正常標準的病例數為102例（66.67%）；精液量增加了22.31%，精液液化時間降低了33.43%，正常精子形態(tài)提高了108.88%；精液中果糖含量提高了34.36%，α-中性糖苷酶活性提高了39.98%。治療后隨訪3個月，懷孕率為18.9%。 結論 復方玄駒膠囊可明顯提高少弱精子癥患者精液質量，未見明顯不良反應。

Clinical trial of Fufangxuanju capsule in the treatment of oligoasthenospermia

[Abstract] Objective To observe the efficacy of Fufangxuanju capsule in the treatment of oligoasthenospermia. Methods An open， own-controlled clinical trial was performed in 162 patients with oligoasthenospermia.Patients were treated with Fufangxuanju capsule for 12 weeks. The efficacy of patients was evaluated mainly by the sperm concentration， percentage of progressive motility （sum of grades a+b） and sperm motility； and secondarily by percentage of grade a， sperm liquefaction time， normal sperm morphology， volume of semen ， fructose density and α-glycosidase. Results 153 patients finished clinical trial. Compared with pre-treatment， the sperm concentration， percentage of progressive motility （sum of grades a+b）， sperm motility and percentage of grade a in patients were significantly improved after treatment of 12 weeks（P<0.01）， and other semen parameters in patients were significantly increased（P<0.05）. The pregnancy rate following-up 3 months after treatment was 18.9%. Conclusion Fufangxuanju capsule can improve seminal quality of patients with oligoasthenospermia.
