三、The main principles of translation

1.順序：由小到大

（1）人名、路名、街道名等，最好用拼音；

（2）“幢”“棟”等表示“樓”的，一般用“Building… ”表示；

（3）“村”在大多數(shù)情況下，并不真正指自然形成的村落，而是經(jīng)規(guī)劃的居民區(qū)小區(qū)的名稱，所以常用Residential Quarter/Area來表示，也可用Village 來表示；

（4）若就指ⅹⅹ鎮(zhèn)ⅹⅹ村，用Village 表示。

如：上海市寶山區(qū)示范新村37號403室Room 403， No.37，ShiFan Residential Quarter， BaoShan District，Shanghai.

2.行政級別的翻譯

（1）中國（P.R.C，China）；

（2）省（Province），自治區(qū)（Autonomous Region），直轄市（Municipality），特別行政區(qū)（SAR）；

（3）地區(qū)（Prefecture），自治州（Autonomous Prefecture），市（City）；盟（Prefecture）；

（4）縣（County），市轄區(qū)（District），旗（County）；
