山東省短道速度滑冰后備人才培養研究

摘 "要：山東省短道速滑基礎比較薄弱，后備人才缺乏，是嚴重制約山東省短道速滑項目發展的瓶頸。為實現山東省短道速滑項目的可持續發展，必須尋找一條適合山東省短道速滑后備人才培養的道路。通過對山東省短道速滑隊后備人才培養的現狀進行調查，明確短道速滑項目在山東省發展的影響因素，提出山東省短道速滑后備人才培養的發展對策。指出普及輪滑，改善場地條件，擴大短道速滑項目的社會影響，發揮競賽的作用，提高運動員文化素養等策略。研究表明，體教結合后備人才培養模式是解決山東省短道速滑后備人才培養瓶頸的最優模式。

Research of Short Track Speed Skating Reserved Talents in Shandong

Abstract： Shandong Provincial foundation of short track speed skating is weak， the lack of reserved talents，which is a serious bottleneck restricting the development of Shandong Provincial short track speed skating. For the realization of sustainable development of short track speed skating in Shandong，Shandong must find a suitable training way of cultivating short track speed skating reserved talents.By the investigation of the status of Shandong provincial reserved talents of short track speed skating team，confirm the affecting factors in the development of Shandong province，put forward the countermeasures to develop Shandong province reserved talents training of short track speed skating. Point out that the popularity of roller skating，improve the site conditions，expanding the social impact of short track speed skating，play the role of competition，improve the athletes’ culture strategy. Research shows that，the combination of sports and education mode is the optimal mode to slove the bottleneck of reserved talents of short track speed skating.

大量合格的體育后備人才是競技體育實現可持續發展的源泉，是實現體育強國的關鍵。短道速滑是我國在冬奧會上的優勢項目[1]，積極促進短道后備人才的培養，是實現短道速滑運動可持續發展的需要[2]。從總量上看，我國優秀的短道速滑選手數量還是相當有限[3]，我國年輕選手中，雖然有一些運動員成績已接近國家隊水平，但現階段還沒有與國家隊優秀選手抗衡的頂尖高手出現，中國短道隊有人才斷擋的可能[4]。短道速滑后備人才質量的高低直接影響這個項目的未來發展[5]。2010 年 7 月 30 日山東省短道速滑隊在青島正式成立。隨著北冰南展西擴戰略的提出，山東省速滑隊成立，對短道速滑運動項目普及和后備人才的培養特別有意義。……
