新疆冰上運動項目后備人才培養可持續發展的對策

摘 "要：加強冰上運動項目后備人才的培養，是保證我國冰上運動項目可持續發展的關鍵。以新疆承辦 2016 年第十三屆全國冬運會為契機，針對新疆冰上運動項目后備人才培養的現狀進行調查、分析，指出新疆冰上運動項目后備人才匱乏的原因。從打好冰上運動項目后備人才的培養基礎，提高基層教練員水平，建立及優化冰上運動項目后備人才選材機制和評價系統，冰上運動項目后備人才培養向社會化、產業化方向發展等多方面，提出新疆冰上運動項目后備人才培養可持續發展的對策，旨在為新疆冰上運動項目后備人才培養的可持續發展提供理論依據。

Sustainable Development Strategies of Ice Reserved Talents Cultivation in Xinjiang

Abstract： Strengthening the cultivation of ice reserved talents is the key to ensure the sustainable development of Chinese ice sports. Take Xinjiang to host the 13th "National Winter Games in 2016 as an opportunity，having an investigation and analysis of the status of ice reserved talents cultivation in Xinjiang，pointed out that the shortage reason of ice reserved talents. From making a good cultivation foundation of ice reserved talents，improving the level of coaches，establishing and optimizing the selection mechanism and evaluation system of ice reserved talents，training socialization and industrialization of ice reserved talents and other aspects，this paper proposed the sustainable development strategies of ice reserved talents cultivation in Xinjiang， aiming to provide a theoretical basis for the sustainable development of ice reserved talents cultivation in Xinjiang.

青少年后備人才狀況是制約一個國家競技體育發展的重要因素之一，在競爭越來越激烈的競技體育運動中，具有舉足輕重的作用[1]。從國內外關于競技體育后備人才的現狀調查和培養理論的研究成果來看，可以說，不同運動項目都做了大量全面的工作，并取得了很多成就，但對冰雪運動競技體育后備人才的研究相對較少。從總體上來看，我國現有的競技體育后備人才培養體制中因體教脫節產生了一系列問題[2]，冰雪體育人才培養的體系至今還未形成[3]，尤其是對新疆冰上運動項目后備人才的調研和相關成果更加少見。為了促進新疆冰上運動項目的發展，針對新疆冰上運動項目后備人才匱乏的現狀進行分析，并提出解決的對策，既具有理論研究的價值，又有實際意義。……
