摘要] 目的 探討凋亡調控因子Survivin、XIAP、c-Jun及NF-κB在卵巢上皮性腫瘤的表達。 方法 選取2009年3月~2013年3月在我院進行手術切除的卵巢上皮性腫瘤標本59例,采用免疫組化SP法,對卵巢良性腫瘤、卵巢交界性腫瘤、卵巢癌中凋亡調控因子XIAP、轉錄因子c-Jun、NF-κB的表達進行檢測。 結果 卵巢癌組Survivin、XIAP、c-Jun及NF-κB陽性表達率分別為74.29%、71.43%、82.86%及82.86%,均高于卵巢良性腫瘤組和卵巢交界性腫瘤組,差異有統計學意義(P < 0.05)。卵巢癌組織中XIAP、Survivin、c-Jun均與NF-κB表達呈正相關(P < 0.05)。 結論 臨床上檢測上皮性卵巢腫瘤中的Survivin、XIAP、c-Jun、NF-κB,對預防、治療上皮性卵巢腫瘤有十分重要的價值。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the expression and significance of apoptosis regulatory factors Survivin, c-Jun, XIAP and NF-κB in ovarian epithelial carcinoma. Methods A total of 59 patients of operation excision of ovarian epithelial tumor specimens were collected in our hospital from March 2009 to March 2013. The immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the ovarian benign tumor, ovarian cancer, ovarian cancer, apoptosis of XIAP transcription factor AP-1 (c-Jun) and the expression of NF-κB in detection. Results The positive expression rate of survivin, XIAP, c-jun and NF-κB of ovarian cancer group were 74.29%,71.43%,82.86%,82.86% respectively, and all were higher than that in benign ovarian tumors group and borderline ovarian tumors group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05); The XIAP, Survivin, c-Jun of ovarian cancer tissue were positively correlated with NF-κB expression (P < 0.05). Conclusion The clinical detection of Survivin, XIAP, c-Jun, NF-κB in epithelial ovarian tumor is very important to the prevention and treatment of epithelial ovarian tumors.

細胞凋亡的失衡與腫瘤的發生發展密切相關。XIAP蛋白在正常組織中低表達,而在多種惡性腫瘤中呈現高表達。Survivin在多種腫瘤組織和人類胚胎組織中廣泛表達,其可以抑制細胞凋亡和有絲分裂。卵巢腫瘤是婦科常見腫瘤。目前凋亡調控因子XIAP、Survivin、Caspase-3和轉錄因子c-Jun、NF-κB在卵巢上皮性腫瘤中表達報道很少[1]。本研究通過檢測卵巢上皮性腫瘤中XIAP、Survivin、c-Jun及NF-κB表達,來探討其在卵巢腫瘤發生發展中的作用及與臨床病理的聯系,現報道如下。
1 資料與方法
1.1 一般資料
選取2009年3月~2013年3月在我院就診的卵巢上皮性腫瘤患者59例,所有患者均行手術切除。患者年齡最小23歲,最大75歲,平均(43.67±7.38)歲。其中卵巢癌35例,卵巢良性腫瘤12例,卵巢交界性腫瘤12例。endprint
1.2 方法
采用鏈霉菌抗生物素蛋白-過氧化物酶連結法(SP法),對卵巢交界性腫瘤、卵巢良性腫瘤、卵巢癌中凋亡調控因子XIAP、轉錄因子AP-1(c-Jun)、NF-κB的表達進行檢測。方法:烤片,68℃,20 min;常規二甲苯進行脫蠟,酒精梯度脫水;滅活其內源性過氧化物酶;……
