[摘要] 目的 進一步研究和探討多媒體教學系統在提升狗剖腹術實踐教學質量中的實際效果,從而為相關的臨床實踐教學研究提供指導和幫助。 方法 本文選取我校200名2010級臨床專業的本科學生為研究對象,以狗剖腹術為例,通過分組比較的方法對兩組學員采用不同教學模式下學習成績進行分析。結果 (1)兩組學員實施不同課堂教學方法后,在手術整體流程掌握情況和手術操作重點環節掌握情況兩個方面的考試得分水平上組間比較,傳統教學組學員的得分水平顯著地低于多媒體教學組學員的得分水平(P均<0.05);(2)總滿意率組間比較,多媒體教學組學員的水平顯著地高于傳統教學組學員的水平(P <0.05)。結論 采用多媒體教學系統可以有效地提升狗剖腹術實踐的教學質量,同時對改善課堂教學滿意度也具有重要的意義。

The research of multimedia teaching system in enhancing the quality of teaching practice for laparotomy dog surgery

[Abstract] Objective To further study and explore the actual effect of multimedia teaching system in enhancing the quality of teaching practice for laparotomy dog surgery, thus provide guidance and help of teaching and research for clinical practice. Methods A total of 200 cases of 2010 undergraduate students were chosen as the clinical research object. The dog laparotomy was for example, the achievements with different academic teaching modes for the two groups were analyzed by grouping and comparing. Results (1)After the implementation of different teaching methods for the two groups of trainees, the examination score levels of overall process of surgery and surgical operations mastery mastery two key aspects compared between the two groups, the traditional teaching group was significantly lower than the multimedia group, and compared between groups(P <0.05);(2)The total satisfaction rates compared between the two groups, the multimedia group were significantly higher than the level of traditional teaching group, and there were statistically significant differences (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of multimedia teaching system can effectively improve the teaching quality for the practice of dog laparotomy, while also has important significance for improving classroom teaching satisfaction.

臨床手術教學實踐過程中,如何將手術過程進行充分的演示對于提升整體的教學質量具有重要的意義[1]。鑒于此,為進一步研究和探討多媒體教學系統在提升狗剖腹術實踐教學質量中的實際效果,從而為相關的臨床實踐教學研究提供指導和幫助,本文選取我校2010級臨床專業本科學生200名為研究對象,針對相關資料進行了比較研究。
1資料與方法
1.1一般資料
本研究所選取的200名學員均為我校2010級臨床專業的本科學生,學員中男性學員162名,占81.00%,女性學員38名,占19.00%,學員的平均年齡(21.78±1.03)歲,上學期學員的總體平均成績為(84.55±5.25)分。研究時間為2012年10月。隨機將200名學員分成兩組,分別為傳統教學組和多媒體教學組,每次學員數量均為100名。……
