摘 ?要:黑龍江省具有得天獨厚的冰雪資源,對于發展冰雪旅游具有良好的條件。對黑龍江省冰雪旅游市場現狀進行了研究,發現不僅具有得天獨厚冰雪資源優勢,還有區位及交通、季節性等劣勢,同時面對國內外市場競爭的挑戰,進行清醒的分析有利于科學制定黑龍江省冰雪市場營銷策略。根據黑龍江省冰雪旅游市場存在的問題,提出了產品、價格、促銷和銷售渠道營銷組合策略,從而促進黑龍江省冰雪旅游市場進行更好的開發。

Strategy on Heilongjiang ice snow tourism marketing

Abstract: Heilongjiang province has advantaged ice and snow resource, and good conditions for the development of ice and snow tourism. Study on the current situation of ice and snow tourism market in Heilongjiang province, found that not only the advantaged ice and snow resource, but also have the location and transportation, seasons and other disadvantages, at the same time, face with the challenge of national and international market competition, clear analysis is good for scientifically laying out the marketing strategy of ice and snow market in Heilongjiang province. According to the existing problems of the ice and snow tourism market in Heilongjiang province, put forward a strategy which is combined with products, price, promotion and channel of distribution, so as to promote the better development of ice and snow tourism market in Heilongjiang province .

雖然我國冰雪旅游起步較晚,但發展速度還是較快,黑龍江省承辦1996年第三屆亞洲冬季運動會前,全國滑雪者總數不到2 000人,大眾滑雪基本為零,到2009年哈爾濱第24屆世界大學生冬季運動會舉辦之時,全國常年滑雪者已經超過了200 萬人[1]。黑龍江省冰雪資源極為豐富[2-3],滑雪場所眾多[4-6],如何憑借天然的地理環境及冰雪旅游開展的先發優勢,充分挖掘潛力,大力開發冰雪資源[7-9],值得我們深思。2014年春節黃金周,黑龍江省共接待國內旅游者2 284.79萬人次,較上年同期增加了406.38萬人次,同比增長21.6 %。實現國內旅游收入為121.64億元,較上年同期增加了17.27億元,同比增長16.5 %。在這種形勢下,旅游需求持續增長的刺激下,必將以更快的速度發展。
然而,隨著近年來冰雪旅游市場前景被廣泛認同,有條件的地區紛紛打出 “冰雪牌”來搶占冬季旅游客源市場,國內已有吉林、遼寧、北京、河北、新疆、內蒙古、四川等省份,舉辦了不同類型的冰雪節慶活動,黑龍江省冰雪旅游市場面臨著前所未有的挑戰[11-12]。……
