摘 ?要:體育具有教育、健身、娛樂、競技等價值功能,而帶有民族、民間特色的健身運動更是地域文化的一個縮影,不僅具備普通體育的價值功能,同時還傳遞著民間文化和一個地區的地域精神。把學生喜聞樂見、符合其身心發展規律的傳統體育項目引入學校體育課堂中,具有重要的理論意義和現實意義。既是對民族、民間體育的發揚光大,使學生在積極參與活動的同時認識民族傳統體育文化,更是對學校體育內容的補充和發展,會極大地豐富學校體育的課程內容。冬季體育文化和冬季健身方法獨樹一幟。學校的體育教學是實現體育文化傳承的主要途徑和基本媒介,是提高當代學生綜合素質和體育精神的導向和航標。

Inheritance and Development of Heilongjiang National and Folk Fitness Exercise Methods in School Physical Education

Abstract: Besides the sports general value functions of physical education, fitness, entertainment and athletics, the national and folk fitness exercises as an epitome of regional culture also convey the folk culture and regional spirit. It has important theoretical and practical significance to introduce the traditional sports events which conform to the students' growth law and are loved by students into school physical education. It may not only carry forward the national and folk sports, prompt the students to actively participate in activities and learn the traditional sports culture, but also complement and develop the school sports, greatly rich the curriculum content. Winter sports culture and winter fitness exercise methods fly unique color. The school physical education is main way and basic medium of inheriting the sports culture, is the guide and beacon of improving the contemporary students' overall quality and sports spirit.

民族、民間體育是中華民族寶貴的傳統文化,民族、民間傳統體育是豐富多彩的民族文化中最具魅力的代表。傳統體育文化是中華民族文化的重要組成部分,是民族智慧、民族精神和民族性格的具體體現[1]。弘揚和培育民族精神是時代發展的永恒主題。學校是文化傳播和實現民族、民間傳統體育文化繼承與發展的重要基地,而學校體育教學中民族、民間傳統體育卻嚴重缺失。民族傳統體育濃縮了大量極為重要的文化內容,作為重要的體育課程資源進入學校是非常必要的[2]。充分發揮學校教育載體的優勢,可使民族、民間傳統體育文化為中華民族振興和人類文明發展作出更大貢獻。……
