基于云計算的教育網絡平臺的應用研究

摘要：云計算作為一種嶄新的分布式計算模式，能夠給用戶提供可靠的、自定義的、最大化資源利用的服務。基于云計算技術建立一個統一、開放、靈活的教育網絡平臺，具有實現資源共享，縮小各地教育信息化的差距等方面的重大意義。該文闡述了云計算技術的相關概念和特點，以及建設基于“云計算”的教育網絡平臺的意義，并以“世界大學城”云平臺為例，介紹了云計算技術在教育領域中應用所具有的顯著優點。

A Study on Cloud-computing-based Education Platform

Abstract： Cloud Computing is a new application model for decentralized computing which can provide reliable， customized and maximum number of users with minimum resource. The development of cloud computing marks a great leap towards designing a unified， open and flexible educational informationization platform， sharing educational resources， and diminishing gaps in the use of educational informationization. This paper introduces the concept，characteristics of cloud computing，and take World University City for example，and discuss the significant advantages in the education informationization platform，which is brought by the technology of cloud computing.

自上世紀九十年代以來，信息技術在我國教育領域得到了快速的發展和廣泛的應用，影響并改變著教育與學的方法和手段。同時，也存在著資源分散、成本昂貴、數字鴻溝、優質教育資源匱乏等諸多問題。2012年3月教育部頒布的《教育信息化十年發展規劃（2011-2020年）》中提出，用十年左右的時間初步建成具有中國特色的教育信息化體系，使我國教育信息化整體上接近國際先進水平，推進教育事業的科學發展。然而，我國各類教育機構、學校、高校數量龐大，大部份學校在信息化建設過程中面臨資金、人力投入巨大，資源緊缺等問題。如果在現有教育信息化基礎設施的基礎上，組建基于云計算的教育網絡平臺，利用云計算提供的計算、存儲、網絡等服務，就可以提高資源共享程度，將有效地解決我國教育信息化基礎設施重復性建設的問題，緩解教育發展的不均衡，有利于縮小數字鴻溝，為各層次水平的學校提供強大的在線應用功能服務，從而大大提升我國教育信息化水平。……
