摘要:計算機基礎教研室承擔全院非計算機專業的計算機公共基礎課程建設、實施和研究。另一方面,信息化時代計算機技術日新月異,僅僅從事基礎教學,不利于教師的職業發展。該文站在教師發展的角度,針對計算機基礎教研室教學與科研的特點,給出了優化教學任務和創造科研條件的一系列措施,以實現教學與科研的相互統一。只有綜合考慮教學與教師的發展,使得計算機基礎教研室充滿活力,充分發揮教師的能動性,計算機基礎教研室才能更好地為全校計算機基礎教學做出貢獻。

The Discussion on Development of Computer-based Teaching and Research Unit of Independent Colleges

Abstract:Computer-based teaching and research unit is responsible for non-computer professional public basic curriculums construction, implementation and research. On the other hand, in the ever-changing information age of computer technology, only engaged in basic education, is not conducive to professional development of teachers. From the perspective of teachers development, according to characteristics of the computer-based teaching and research, a series of measures of optimizing teaching task and creating research conditions to realize the integration of teaching and research are given in this paper. Only considering the development of teaching and teachers and activating the teachers initiative, can the computer-based teaching and research unit be better contributed to the schools computer-based teaching.

根據教育部公布的第26號令,從 2008 年4月 1 日正式實施的《獨立學院設置與管理辦法》中規定: “獨立學院,是指實施本科以上學歷教育的普通高等學校與國家機構以外的社會組織或者個人合作,利用非國家財政性經費舉辦的實施本科學歷教育的高等學校。”政府這種不投入經費自籌的辦學模式,必然導致獨立學院更依賴于學生的生源量和畢業生的就業率。這種以市場為導向的經費自籌辦學模式,決定了當前我國的獨立學院教學定位,應該是培養應用型人才,而非研究型人才,獨立學院的重心就應該偏于教學。
著名的科學家、教育家錢偉長院士提出: 高等學校教學必須與科研結合,教學不能與科研分家[1]。教師通過科研,才能不斷進行知識的更新,避免成為知識的“搬運工”;……
